If I can give a 0 for customer service I would!! Cashier #7 was the rudest employee I have ever encountered today. Her name is Milky or Milkey. Also when I asked another employee for her name after telling me her name and I couldn't hear and asked her again that employee refused to give me her name. I had to go all the way to customer service to get the cashiers name. Target at the shops at skyview train your employees better.

Target's getting a BIG virtual high-five for me for existing in this area, because I'm not sure I would have eaten much the several days I was in Flushing without them. Genuinely delicious and creamy coconut-based vegan Oui yogurt (which I haven't seen at my local Target), Love Crunch granola (the dark chocolate and red berries one is my fave!), some Vive organic immunity booster shots, and a gallon of water all for like $15. I was also feeling pretty under the weather, so grabbed some Airborne tablets and Dayquil; I didn't realize I was going to get carded for that, so going through self-checkout took much longer - the lady running it didn't seem particularly friendly. It wasn't the cleanest Target I've ever been in, and it felt a little claustrophobic with the narrow aisles and abundance of u-boats overflowing with stuff, but... there are vegan grocery items!

Visiting from out of town and needed a few travel size items and cereal and non dairy milk for my son and this was just down from our hotel. It was similarity updated like some back home and I love target so this was no different, I do wish I could have found some NY things here that I couldn't find at home but I didn't see anything. Service was friendly. Selection was decent. Value was very similar to back home in Oregon.

I found this target to be messy. It was too overwhelming not finding basic things so we left without purchasing anything which has never happened to me in a target before. They would benefit from maybe having more staff in the floor as we couldn't locate one.

Last night, I had the most horrible experience of my life at this Target store. I paid for a shopping bag at checkout, but it was broken(no strap). So I had to transfer my items to another bag. A short-haired lady manning the self-checkout counter approached me with a rude and unreasonable tone. She rudely ripped off my receipt and accused me of stealing Target's shopping bag, even though I had paid for it. She said things to me like "How many shopping bags did you buy? You only bought one, and you didn't bring your shopping bag. Please take it out; it's not yours, it's ours." She is making me feel like a criminal and not a consumer. She publicly humiliated me, accusing me of being a thief for steal a 5 cent shopping bag! Despite my request for apology, she was dismissive and provocatively told me to complain. As a frequent customer, I was shocked by the way Target treated me. It was a personal attack and bullying, causing me to feel extremely angry and sad. Target should not let their guests spend money only to be insulted.

Target employees are very, very nice. Specially, to the handicap. I've been handicap for a little bit and they help me out a lot and I appreciate that as far as a business and I'm grateful to the employees in the management in the store A+.

Pretty big Target located on the third floor of sky view mall. I mostly come for my American groceries (produce, frozen aisle, pantry) but I find that the pricing of the items can be hit or miss. Often, 9 out of 10 times I end up paying more for 3-4 produce items (yogurt, milk, fruits) and for what? I try to buy when they have a weekly sale but I've noticed that some of their items have gone up $1. But you are better off taking the 7 train to Trader Joes, cheaper. To avoid long lines, shop on a weekday preferably mornings or afternoon before all the kids get out of school lol. They are well staffed, bathrooms are clean, glad they made a spot for extra baskets in the produce section. Sometimes all the baskets are gone at the front when you walk in and you're left holding onto your items. Today I went shopping at the hand soap aisle and a guy in a wheel chair asked for help getting dish soap but the brand he wanted was out of his reach. It was all the way at the top of the shelf. Perhaps be mindful of customers with physical disabilities, put some items out that are reachable? or assign some staff around these aisles? or install a "help" button for staff to assist?

On 12/9/2021 at approximately 9:30am - 9:45am my wife while on FaceTime with me, shopping for my daughter and other christmas gifts was asked if she was married by the store's general manager. I called to place a complaint about it to later be called by the district manager stating that it was the other way around. My wife supposedly asked him about his marital status. I made her aware that I was in the phone with her via FaceTime and she continued to disagree with what I heard. He walked up to her on three different occasions first to ask if she needed help at electronics, then approached her when on the phone via FaceTime with me showing me items to purchase and my opinion, asking her if she often visited the store and her marital status. The third encounter was to apologize because he didn't see her ring. My wife then approached other associates of the store asking them who this gentlemen is and ask if this is a normal practice at this Target. They do not want to investigate the matter. Women should not have to deal with being harassed while shopping for groceries at their local Target..

I ordered 2 large bottles of laundry CLOROX AND 6 BAGS OF TEXAS CROUTONS. Order 10746000181. It arrived packed in a large carboard box in a very large orange plastic bag, as if they already knew this would leak--which it did. Instead of putting bobble wrapping to prevent any accidents. I will never shop this store agaon!!Everything was swimming-and their customer service number was not only not helpful-but couldn't transfer me to a manager.

I asked cashier to make two separate transaction because it's being paid by two different person. She outright tells me "NO" and continue to scan other items that other person supposed to pay. Other person needed to make price adjustment and she was fighting with him about it. He left to find a guy who said was going to price match but while then she start fighting with me about the price adjustment. I said, didn't I tell you I wanted to make two separate transaction? She outright refused to do so. She continue to fight then I asked again to make two separate transaction which I was going to pay for my own item then she go ahead and do it. She then starting to gossip about other customer that came with me. Ridiculous customer service

This target is on the 6th floor of the Skyview Center mall. More or less a typical large department store. Plus pharmacy, groceries, a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut. The merchandise could be more organized. Lots of space here, which is nice and definitely a contrast to the rest of the Main St area.

So i was looking for rain x blades for my acura MDX 2011. For starters they are difficult to find and dint mention the price per blade which goes anywhere $17.99 per blade. I been buying the brand X blades for my car but I noticed they do not last. Usually michelin blades or Costco blades loose shape quick, rubber does not adhere to the windshield and i end up getting a partially clean windshield during heavy rain. Of course they cost half of the price of the Rain X blades. I just finished taking the old Michelin blades off and I had to brake the blade as the components to lock them into place. While the blades are expensive, they work wonders and the glass stays streak free even under heavy rain. Getting the rain x products at target was a breeze, specially now with the quick check out process.

This location has everything. It's capacious and they have everything and anything you're looking for. The fruits, veggies, and meat are always fresh. They have a lot of beauty products. They have pretty decent amount of clothes to offer as well. I love that they have a book section- hope it never goes away. I also love their arts and craft section. It's no Michael's or what an art store has to offer but they do have some options. They also have the electronics and kitchen products section which is pretty neat. They have pretty good deals on air-fryers right now. Promise you that it's worth the investment lol. It works wonders. I think having a Target in this area is very useful.

The line to check out gets really long after 6 pm. They have over twenty registers in the front and back of the store but not enough staff to efficiently work at check out. There is almost never an employee nearby when you need something. The shelves are normally stocked and organized. Items are sometimes cheaper on the app than in store. I love Target but I prefer to shop on their app than coming in to the store. Parking is no longer free but $3 for the first 3 hours.
