Hana Pharmacy must have been very hungry,,,,,The service is a mess. I have been using Hana Pharmacy for almost 10 years, but these days, starting in 2024, it is so messed up. I see the staff changing frequently, why? I thought so, but there must be a reason... I don't think it's a good idea for the staff to change frequently... Perhaps that's why the way the staff speaks is also unpleasant at times... for the customers. It's not that I'm abusive, but I make a lot of mistakes. So I guess that's why I'm hearing that I'm very full.

Went in, no one willing to help, understood because 3 employees were on the phone, waited for few more minutes and one of them got off the phone. Still not willing to ask me if I needed help, waited more and realized they were not willing to do anything to a customer who was there to get some medicine. Left and one of ladies called me “ can I help you?”, too bad, there are many pharmacies willing to say “ hello” once you walk into the store.Please be kind to customers.Thanks

This is a pharmacy I have been using for a very long time. Everyone is friendly and they call in advance to refill your medication.

My son and I went here for our Covid vaccine booster. They were fast, friendly and very professional. Everything was very organized. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable when I asked about getting the flu shot also. My son and I were in and out in about 20 mins. Great pharmacy and service.
