I recently moved to the area and was ambivalent as i’m sure we all know most to dos regarding our cars are nothing short of a headache. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly & painlessly Star service resolved a long standing car issue for me. Jessica was my associate and is absolutely lovely. Sending thank yous to everyone on the staff for their daily hard work!

Awful work, terrible service. Came in for a servicing and they lost my key. They failed to reprogram it properly 3 times, and had me come in for a new appointment each time. Was basically accused of losing the key and for other issues that arose as a result of their work. Countless hours and wasted gas spent for an issue that could’ve been avoided, had the service center been more organized. Will not be returning again, and I would not recommend anyone to either, unless they’re looking to waste their own time.

I dropped my car off for maintenance and was disappointed with the overall service. After waiting several hours, I had to call to check if my car was done, and was told, 'We will call you back.' No one ever did. When I called again 20 minutes before closing, no one picked up so I had to run there to see what was going on. The front desk then proceeds to tell me it wasn't their job to call the customer when the service is done and that it’s the associate’s responsibility. I tried explaining that no one had contacted me, but they claimed their phone lines were down, despite never mentioning this earlier. Instead of addressing the issue, the front desk staff seemed dismissive and disrespectful. If communicating with customers isn’t their job, then what is? Poor service and terrible communication.

Service was fine, car was cleaned for free as well but there were issues.
they rotated my tires when I explicitly told them not to. I only asked for an oil change. You don't go in for a filter replacement and then get maintenance on your engine, very very poor listening skills.
The second knock was they took way longer than scheduled for this routine maintenance.

it took them more than 4hrs for change oil and tire rotation. on my hyudai apps locator my car was parked a block away from 11am to 5pm .

The service representative stated I couldn't order touch-up paint from them. Asked him to transfer to parts and low and behold. I can order touch-up paint from them.

We went to this place 4x for our 2022 Santa Fe with an issue. Under warranty went 3x but issue wasn’t fixed they just wrapped up the work saying their technician didn’t found any issue all good to go. They refused to test drive to make sure issue was gone. After picking up the car when we drove the car same problem was happening. It took us a month to get another appt. Now telling us to pay $189 to look at the car since it’s out of warranty. Seriously we were there 3x under warranty the car was never fixed. Now we have to pay money to get our car fixed. We love Hyundai but Star Hyundai management must shape up their service center and offer a better after service!!! One of the worst service center I’ve been to. To me services center play a great role as to representing the brand image. This service center is giving a bad image to customers who own Hyundai. This place must focus on how to help fix customers problem with more professional technicians. I don’t think they know what they are doing!!!

STAY AWAY!!! As good as the sales department is the service department is full of liars!! My cay needed a new engine. No problem, it was under warranty. They had my car for 4 months and was telling me that they ordered the engine and they were waiting for it. At the mean time, as they had the car parked outside, someone crashed into it. Again I said no problem they can fix it. After waiting for 4 month, and the hole time they are telling me me that they are waiting for the engine, I decide to call Hyundai main office in California. They tell me that the engine has never been ordered. Such LIERES. I had to take it myself to have the problem solver. At the end after having my car there more than 6 months when I picked it up not even one SORRY!! STAY AWAY!!! ALL LIERES AND LAZZY PEOPLE!!!STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst of the worst places. I leased Genesis 2 years ago from star Hyundai. This is the second time I left my car to this service center . When I leased the vehicle, I clearly heard that there was going to be loaner vehicles with the repair service. However, whenever I asked for it, the returning answer was that it was unavailable. One week has passed since I left my vehicle and they still don't know when it is going to be done. I will never seek for hyundai or genesis again for the rest of my life.

Worst of all, a repair shop. The mechanic accidentally unplugged it and it didn't work so he asked for $1350 to replace the part. I went to the Sipper Korea repair shop and they said it didn't work because the plug was unplugged.
The person at the Korean repair shop, Mekenek, was also dumbfounded. I called and asked and he said he didn't know. They say that the official Hyundai repair shop is not an official company, but only pays money and uses its name. This is really absurd... Totally stupid...

Unprofessional management customer service. Please Hyundai update your workers the lady customer service told me they don’t work with the kona electric car . Please put a mechanic guy who knows work with electric cars in each Hyundai service location. Electric cars the future
