There is a male salesman named Chen here! Very bad attitude! Can serve in Chinese! He must speak English to you! "He also said this is America." What happened to America! You service staff! If you are not Chinese I won’t say anything! You are Chinese and can say that! Why do you have to make things difficult for people? Show that you are good at English? You have to quarrel to speak Chinese! Is it because I can’t say it anymore or something! You have to show that you can pretend!

I recently visited a Spectrum store to initiate a mobile phone line transfer, taking advantage of their one-year mobile plan offer. However, I was disappointed by the unhelpful attitude of a store employee who claimed to be unable to assist me with the transfer due to his limited sales-focused role. Despite my knowledge that in-store transfers are possible, as confirmed by a previous experience at a different Spectrum store and by an online representative, the employee insisted on directing me to the mobile department, causing unnecessary delays. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, suggesting that the store prioritizes quick sales over customer satisfaction. The extended wait time further compounded my frustration.

There was a young Chinese woman who lied to me, claiming there were no Galaxy S24s in the store. Five minutes later, I approached another guy who was very nice and willing to check the stock for me. He ended up bringing out two S24s. The rude woman should be fired, and her long hair covered her name badge.

If I could give them no star, I would. I made a reservation for my senior parents to troubleshot the new mobile service. The sales associate gave wrong information to my senior parents saying their phone was not supported by Spectrum and showed ZERO interest in helping them getting a new one in the store. My parents were asked to put in a new reservation in kiosk in the store which they struggled so much as they don't know any English to begin. After 20 mins struggle, they were able to make an appointment. Only to find out it takes 7 days to get the phone mailed to us by Spectrum. So we told them we will get a new phone from apple store so that we could use right away. "Any iphone newer than Iphone 8 and 9 would work" the associated tole us, which again turned out to be completed wrong. After spending nearly $1000 on a iPhone 13, we were told it is compatible with Spectrum!!! I am so frustrated with the whole Mobile experience, finding out again today Iphone 6 plus is compatible!!!! Rep over the phone apologies, but the pure apology could repair the $1000 damage on our end and a phone we couldn't use!!!

There is an employee there with yellow hair and a tattoo on his neck. He doesn't know how to handle customers. He was yelling at me instead of telling me that their charger station wasn't working. If he was a proper employee he would tell me that instead of cursing at me and shouting back at me. After this incident, the boss told him to go inside for his behavior. Then his boss kindly told me they have been in the process of fixing the chargers. Why couldn't his employee treat me like that?

The most disgusting store in Flushing! That Chinese female customer service has a bad attitude, is discriminatory, and won't help you solve any problems! Such customer service should also complain to the manager, but they and their group will not come, and they also tell their friends that they will not do business for this Internet company! Rubbish! Get out of Queens!

The attitude of the customer service there is not very good. The last time I asked, the Chinese woman there kept expressionless and tried to force me to sell her. I refused and she kept asking about spicy stuff.
