I've been coming here for a very long time, but lately every time I leave my car is never cleaned, right? One side it's done okay. The other side gets done, horrible spoken to several people from the car wash. Seems nobody cares will not be returning

My gal had a horrible experience with this "excuse" of a car wash company. I was going to indicate how bad they were but after seeing all of these recent negative reviews, I think they should just be investigated by some government entity and close them down! How such places like this exist is beyond any rational of logic in this messed up city.

Great car wash for the value. Cashier was charismatic, professional, and helpful. Guys washing the car were very professional. Recommend their loyalty program as it offers great benefits. Would come to Smart Car Wash again for their Best Wash.

Probably one of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. Zero attention to anything and half the time they don’t even clean the interior windows. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Is this the full service? Don't recommend this place! This is the terrible service they did on my car, but since they were going to close the business they didn't do it right and I payed for full service.

This is my second time using your car wash. First time I was disappointed with the quality of service offered by the guys drying the car, and today I was deceived about the outcome of using THE ANT app. The dealership gave the voucher last Friday to be used for a free full service car wash, but when I arrived at your location and went to the counter to redeem it, I was charged $11 for the wash on the app. If this is the case why is your car wash services posted on this list of locations then? To make the matter worst, your cashier seemed somewhat annoyed at me, after she asked me a question twice and I gave her the correct answer twice, and thereafter showed her the evidence that was on my phone screen. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO YOUR CAR WASH AGAIN.

I got “the best” car wash option here and it was SO BAD, my car looked like it wasn’t even vacuumed. I had to clean my car myself after I left. Waste of money, don’t go here!!

Make sure you read the ticket they give you before you pay for the service. They charge for extra services you never asked and force you to pay.

Car wash is garbage these guys rush a 30 dollar car wash for a 2 min dry leave the car super dirty on the inside don't wipe off obvious dirty spots on exterior or interior you speak with a manager he's clueless and still doesn't clean well I have to clean my own car after a wash only go there if you have no choice its not worth the money they need training there.
