The front desk girl has such a hostile energy- no thank you. Their jewelry is decades outdated and the space is too cramped. Sam is nice but his advice for healing the piercings is expired. Will sadly be going to a different shop in the future

I don't normally leave reviews or anything but I'm super happy with my experience! Came to get my earlobes re-pierced after a year of infection after my original piercing, so I was a bit nervous about pain, healing and reliving that experience in general. It slipped my mind to ask my piercer her name but I loved her so much :) She was super sweet and had such a calming energy and explained to me how long it'd take to heal, what to use to clean, and even hair products to avoid. Literally took three minutes tops. It's only been a few days but I haven't felt an ounce of pain, no secretion and no swelling. I cannot wait to come back if and when I decide to pierce my upper lobe or helix.

My cousins and I got pierced by Sam and we all loved the experience. The woman at the counter was also amazing at assisting my aunt with her holes that were closing up.

Been coming here for years and had a dozen piercings including body piercings. Never had any issues with healing nor aesthetic of them. Please do listen to his instructions for aftercare. And have fun!
