I’ve been going to shoe village for years now, and each time I go back they are better equipment with more products and polite, friendly and helpful staff members. Really a great over all store for sneakers, streetwear, book bags and hats.They even have a batting cage now!

So I just purchased the Salomon XA Pro 3D V9, which is the latest iteration of Salomon's trail running shoes. Shoe Village had the latest version, and I was helped by Claire, who was very helpful and patient in helping me make my purchase. I'm glad to support a local small business that takes pride in your soles.

Shoe Village has a decent selection and good deals. Not to mention a friendly staff. The young lady was very attentive and made great suggestions to help me find the right shoes. They also have a batting cage in the back which is super cool.

Claire was so helpful and cared about helping me find the right shoe. I needed a certain type of shoe and color for a wedding and they didn’t have the slips ons I came in looking for, but Claire suggested a different brand that was a similar style. It worked perfectly and she helped me find the right size. Great experience, great store!

I was on the hunt for a specific pair of UGG slippers for my daughters. After hunting and hunting with no luck, I stumbled across Shoe Village and they had exactly what I needed. I ordered two pairs and they were shipped that day, and my package came extremely fast. Unfortunately there was a little hiccup in the process and only one pair was shipped. I reached out to them and they QUICKLY responded and sent them out ASAP. The customer service team went above and beyond and now I will have two happy girls on Christmas. Got the Ugg Tazz here. The color and size were sold out everywhere else, but Shoe Village had them. Definitely suggest going in person or calling to ask for sizes and colors because their store has more options than their website :) ended up picking up 3 pairs of different uggs here!

It was my first time shopping at Shoe Village. I was amazed with their excellent customer service. Their prices are very reasonable. I purchased a pair of authentic Ugg slippers.
