I have a po box. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mail gets scanned timely. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a virtual or physical pobox.

I had a very BAD experience at this business. I asked a few weeks back if they offered printing services, the guy told me yes. Then I went back for a printing job, there was a woman there, who was NOT happy at all to assist me or even look and speak to me. When I asked her about printing services, she started speaking Chinese to her co worker, then responded nastily that the "printer was broken", when clearly they were printing shipping labels right in front of me. She was clearly being discriminatory and VERY unprofessional and offensive!!! Also reported to the City of NY for discrimination.

It provide great customer service. It provide receipt when i dropped off a package. They charge a dollar when you ask to print a shipping label.

Not sure why this isn't labeled as a Fedex drop off site because they do take Fedex returns as well as UPS returns. They scanned all my returns and gave receipt too. Would come here again for sure!
