“Seems to be a bit hit or miss with the staff. Have been here twice, first time the staff were super unfriendly and very very slow. 2nd visit there were 2 ladies working the front desk and they were the opposite — friendly, helpful & efficient.Also ill just mention that recently there were quite a number of people in the parking lot looking for work and they are more assertive than I’m used to at home depot for example.”

I wasn't there and she actually helped my mom unload the U-haul which is not part of her job description but she helped her cuz my mom sprained her wrist. And it took me a lot longer to get to her because I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago. Extra Space Storage is official. I recommend using them”
