Store hours state that they close at 9 PM got got there at 8:30 and it was already closed .

Well stocked, accessible location, great customer service and attentiveness to customers' needs. Prices are a bit "high" but you are paying for the convenience of being one of a few local hardware stores in the vicinity.

I went to the store to copy my mailbox key. The guy who is working there doesn't even know how to copy the keys. Because the key didn't work, I went back to the store and he said he could fix it. The key still didn't look same as the original one. I said to him "they don't look same." He answered "YOU NEED TO GO SEE A DOCTOR." Of course, the key still doesn't work after he fixed it. You never want to deal with the rude stuff. Do NOT go to the store period

You are much better at getting your items at Lowe's, Home Depot, or even Amazon. The Indian man running the store does not know how to act and his items are 3x or even 4x the price. People always ask why local businesses are failing, this is exactly why. I'd give this establishment 0 stars but Google forces a 1 star review minimum.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Not even a one star expresses how terrible this place is. They treat customers terribly. Will do ANYTHING to get stuff off their shelves at such an expensive price. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

Charges 3 times the price of the same item you can buy at Lowes and Home Depot. And when I pointed that out. He told me if I don't want it to "Get Out". Horrible person and totally ripping people off. I would give 0 stars if possible.
