This guy does a good job. Only been to him once, but I gave him 7 watches to fix straps for and give new batteries. He got it done in about a week. He said he would call me and didnt though, which I really didn't like.

I've taken everything in for repairs.... and there's nothing they can't do! Diamond replacement ... no problem; watch repairs; costume jewelry repairs.... no brained. Most of all... You can always expect excellent craftsmanship and prompt and courteous service.

I've been going to Roman's for my jewelry needs for a few years now and his professionalism, knowledge and expertise in jewelry is top-notch! Every time you go they treat you as a welcomed friend. I'm looking forward to doing much more business at Roman's Jewelry. Also, they do have layaway plan, which I find to be very helpful. :-)

Great customer service,I had a problem with a smart watch band I took it 2 different places to get it done no one could of rectify the problem.Roman was fast, and very professional with the service he provided, will definitely return.
