Good afternoon, my experience was very satisfactory, the girl at the pharmacy was very friendly and my last visit, like the previous ones to the store, in general I got everything I was looking for, thank you very much:)-

Unfortunately I am sorry to give it 3 stars. I would like to give it more since it is the Pharmacy in my neighborhood and I would like it to improve its treatment and attention to customers. The cashiers are few who serve well, most of them treat customers as if we were going to beg for money. Gentlemen, we are going to pay for our purchases. In recent years, seasonal products such as Halloween and Christmas do not have a price and it is a great annoyance not to be able to know their value and for these reasons I hardly enter this pharmacy anymore.

Bad service my daughter try to buy some pad and Midol for menstruar pain but the cashier told her that her credit card didn’t work my daughter was crying because of the pain , I call the bank to ask why her card doesn’t work and they told me the car it’s ok and was not even using at all so I went back to the pharmacy and bought the same thing and use the same card whit a different cashier and the card did work so I ask the cashier what was the problem before and she ask the otter cashier and then the cashier star to yell at me saying that it’s not her fall ,,,,, poor service and she was not human no professional at all she star to yelling in front of everybody

Very good Rite Aid store, you can find everything you need ? for example makeup, hair dye, diapers, baby wipes, adult diapers, moisturizing creams, canes, glasses, water, energy drinks, beer, soda, ice cream, suntan lotions , Mexican products, etc. I highly recommend them ?✌️

I wanted to buy snacks for a long subway ride. I bought pistachios. Yum. The price was excellent too! I was able to get canned cat food. Good buy on that too.

I went there to get some OTC meds and some other things in the evening. The OTC was locked and i didn't see anyone on the floor. I asked assistance from the cashier. The other CSA who unlocked the shelf looked annoyed. Walked passed me twice before he finally unlocked the door. I get it. Dealing with customers is not fun job. But when someone says thank you, CSA should at least learn to nod their head. Then I brought my items to the cash counter to pay, cashier was on his phone texting, laughing. I said Hi, he didn't respond, instead his face changed, like he has been dead for 2 days. He didn't ask me if I have a Rite Aid card or if I want bag, he trashed the coupon. May be it wasn't a coupon, may be it was some promotional stuff or whatever, cashier was supposed to give that to me. He scanned the items and and told me what the total was. This was the word that came out of his mouth. I paid and left. This time I didn't feel the need to say "thank you".These new employees are very poorly trained.
