The store is beautiful, clean, and offers a large selection of products, but one of the employees is racist. This lady was speaking loudly to a buddy who was not even buying anything at the store, and she was making racist remarks despite the fact that there were customers of many nationalities there, as well as having a bad attitude toward the customers. Employees like this lady direct clients to another location. When you work for a company like Rite Aid, where the customer base is diverse, you should respect them; racial remarks will not go over well. I won't go back to that store anymore.

I stopped by here to buy some Ibuprofen and a couple more items and I liked that they had a self checkout service. There was a significant wait for those in line for the cashier so I was happy that I had the option to self checkout. I wished more places had this checkout feature.

Avoid this pharmacy, they do not care for customers whatsoever. Find somewhere else if you want your medication on time.

A lot of things are not sold, it's not a good shopping experience. Go to a bigger store. It's a little farther away but you'll have everything you need.

I’ve always had my medicine filled with a Rite Aid and have picked up my parents’ medications here multiple times. As a healthcare worker myself, I know how hectic and stressful retail can be. But, no matter how busy the pharmacy staff is, they are always courteous and respectful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the pharmacists to the technicians, I’ve had a pleasant visit. One technician that stood out to me on multiple occasions was Benny. He was kind and patient over the phone. It makes a great difference to have healthcare workers be patient and understanding, especially when you’re not feeling well.Thank you to the Rite aid pharmacy staff here!

This is the best convenience store in queens. Even open during the pandemic and stuff was sold out elsewhere. The staff here are professional and good people. This location deserves your support.

Very bad customer service from the old black man! whose behavior was not only discourteous but also offensive. It is imperative that individuals working in customer service roles demonstrate professionalism and respect. If someone is unable to adhere to these basic principles, they should seriously reconsider their career choice. Also, the manager did not intervene to rectify the situation involving the aforementioned staff member. Instead, she seemed to redirect her attention towards a helpful and polite young man at the front desk. This misplaced focus only exacerbated the problem and left a profound negative impression. After reviewing the feedback and comments, it has become apparent that this issue involving the same individual has been previously reported by other customers. As a loyal customer of Rite Aid, I find it disheartening that this ongoing issue has not been adequately addressed or acknowledged by your organization!

Some of the employees could be very rude at times.Many of the (liquid) products without locks or safety seals have been tampered with. They addressed this issue (somewhat) by locking part of the hygiene section.

If it wasn’t for the man in the back who helped me, this store doesn’t deserve even two stars. I have frequented this store countless times without any issues until tonight. When I went to purchase Mucinex, the woman at the cash register requested my ID, even though I was clearly in my pajamas. As a pharmacist of the past 10 years, I definitely don't look anywhere close to 21, haha. I gave her my old ID, which I happened to find in my wallet, but she pointed out that it was expired and claimed it would be her last exception. She said it with an attitude. In the past, I've bought the same medicine here, and they usually just ask for my date of birth. I didn't expect Rite Aid to have ID scanning police. If she had said it nicely, I would have understood, but she cut me off when I tried to explain. It's evident she isn't happy working nights on a Saturday. This experience is disappointing in terms of customer service. I will take my business elsewhere, where my money is valued, and I'm treated with a little more respect.
