Gotta hand it to these guys. I bought in my 2016 Chevy with a turbo issue and I am impressed with how they handled it. After diagnoses, they did not immediately recommend replacing the turbo entirely which is an expensive and laborous job that many mechanics would be quick to sell you. Instead they offered a solution which would narrow down the problem without unnecessary labor. So far I have had no more turbo issues and Ricbon, at a minimum, bought me some time while I prepare for the inevitable. Prices were fair and service was lightning quick. I am considering coming over from Nassau county because of the experience I had here - great job guys.

This is my go to mechanic. They are quick and efficient and won't try to upsell you. There have been times when Ross (the owner) has told me it's not worth it to do extra work.

To all potential future customers: please invest in a 360 degree camera and record your car prior to coming here.Even though this incident occurred more than 2 years ago, i felt compelled to now write it, since Ross and his crew ruined my brand new porsche last week.Attached are pictures of a dent that was created while at this mechanic shop. Although the owner paid me $300 for it, it was no way near enough. It took a lomg time to even come to a resolution, when clearly his workers could care less for the customer cars. My rear right quarter panel was not perfect, but i did not need this to happen.How is this allowed to go on.. please be wary. I'm sure Ross will have a response but I'm glad I don't have to deal with this tiny congested shop ever again !!!!
