Each time I visit Red Lotus Bakery I enjoy every aspect of the experience. From selecting the baked goods to interacting with the staff the while experience is authentic and human.I will not offer criticism, because there is non to offer. Especially if I made the choice to visit the bakery and more over beacuse I am not baking these goodies at home. If I select an item that is deserving of a second chance I do just that. Try it again or select something different on my next visit.Everyone is on their journey. We have no idea what it had taken some to even begin to open a business left alone as English as a second language. I am thrilled each time I visit and will continue to do so selfishly for my own and also to support the local businesses whom are hard working and providing their brand.Happy spring, everyone! ?

Visited weekday morning at 930am, first time there. Place had seating, a bit dark, but staff was not unfriendly. Bought 2 buns, and ate the roast pork one right away. Given it was 930am, the bun was freezing cold and extra salty. I expected a fresher bun with the real cha sui sweet and salty balanced flavor. I grew up in Brooklyn with these Asian bakeries so I know how good fresh bakery buns can be. The Hong kong style bun was underwhelming. Disappointed in the freshness and selection. I don't mind the higher prices as long as the quality is there. Maybe I will try a few other options next time. But wouldn't go out of my way.

The sesame buns are very bad, very hard as stones, even after steam it or "in room temperature "! There is no making date or expiration date on the box for $12 !! Watch out what you buy there! See photo and video!

I just spent $30+ in there and asked for a cup of hot water for my son while we sat and ate there. They asked me for 25 cents. Seriously? That alone negates any feelings I have towards their products. Never again.

We had a mah jong cake for a 90th birthday. The cake was very good. Just right for Asian taste. Not too sweet.

Friendly staff and great tasting in house baked products. I try to go there once a month since it's out of my way but definitely worth the trip.

Called to ask if they had a specific cake, and the lady was so sooo helpful with helping me build a customised one to the exact perfect idea I had in mind. Amazing cakes here.

I woke up this morning desiring to eat something Korean. It was too early for Korean BBQ, so I decided to have breakfast from Red Lotus Bakery & Cafe.As soon as I entered this location, I was greeted by the attendant with a warm, genuine smile. Her great vibe made me feel like I was family.I ordered a dried pork roll and a chicken roll with a large coffee. Everything was perfectly delicious.I recommend Red Lotus Bakery if you want excellent customer service and the best of Korean bakery goods. I give their employees and this location 5 stars.

It’s probably the closest Chinese bakery in the area and especially for people in Long Island. I think knowing that you should expect higher prices and not as good food but none the less it fills a void. It doesn’t compare to other bakeries in flushing or Chinatown especially given price.
