You all HAVE to stop following people so closely. It's absolutely disgusting being treated this way and I did spend over $200 in this store. I was followed both times I visited (like a criminal), at the very least keep an eye from afar. Are you fragile looking women really planning to tackle 5 ft me and my 10 year old son should we do anything remotely suspicious? I see you all followed someone else recently as well. For the record I am White and my son is Asian. I regret giving you all my money.

Shopping with this brand many years! Like more than 8 years, from the flushing main st location, staff use to be so nice. But this location just some other story, I came in this afternoon try to buy a blanket for a friend baby, when I walk in with my husband, she was on her phone texting, she put her phone away till she have eye contact with me, but I’m was like is okay I know where’s the blanket is, since is not the first time I coming in purchasing! So I tell her which one I want, she grab me a new one, then I ask her if she can give me a bag, like used to be. She like why? You can hold it with the blanket bag, like she mean you don’t need a shopping bag, so like I had to explain to her like all purchase from this store used to come with a bag! And it is a gift so it will look better, she were with attitude saying “ um okay, yea that’s fine “. I wasn’t really piss with it, cause I haven’t understand the attitude she were given, until I told my husband what happen I realize she were giving attitude, so I decided to post this one star review!

I went to the QBedding store in Skyview inside the mall near spectrum and there was this lady at the door and me and my mom were hispanic and talking in Spanish (mind u there was other asian people in the store coming in and out) so the lady saw that my mom and I were hispanic and decided to follow us the whole store and when other asian people were entering the store the lady looked at them and didn’t do anything but when my hispanic mom and I walk in, she followed us and got closer to us. She was following and getting close to us when we were just looking at the bed sheets and touching the plushies there. She even followed me and my mom outside until we left the store and kept staring at us. Now i understand this is a policy in multiple stores but the upsetting thing is that this lady saw i was hispanic and was talking in Spanish so she decided to follow me and make me uncomfortable but when other Asians walk in she just looked at them and didn’t do anything but decided to target me and my mother. Racial segregation no? If you’re another race other than Asian please don’t come here and I hope if you do that no one has to go through what I went through which was very upsetting and uncomfortable.

I have been using it since 2009. Due to product quality issues, some products have not been resolved yet (long-staple cotton has lost color and lint, and my skin has become more and more itchy after one use. If you purchase more than $200, you cannot exchange or return it. I promised to give you a discount next time. No, service attitude is extremely poor)

The customer service that I received from the store clerks was phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable about each product and were able to give me the best products for my lifestyle. The quality of the sheets and duvet are TOP NOTCH!
