I’ve never had an issue with this salon until I came in to dye my hair ginger. She reassured me she was able to get it done. As she started doing my hair, the first red flag was when she bleached my hair twice. My scalp felt like it was on fire. It was very painful. The color she dyed my hair was not the color I asked for. I showed her a picture of a dark ginger and she gave me a bright orange. I had also asked for a long layers haircut and I did not get that. I was very upset with how my haircut came out. The next few days after my appointment, I noticed my scalp VERY dry. My scalp was flaking in chunks. This was happening for two weeks. I informed her of my unsatisfactory and all she said was “it’s normal” when clearly it’s not. I’ve had my hair dyed multiple times and this has never happened to me. She then proceeded to offer an oil treatment but wanted to charge me $200!!! Why are you charging me for a service after you messed up? Overall I was not happy with this service. My hair is damaged.

This is my place to go to. I love Rosa. She is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable, welcoming and you become part of the family. She is excellent with styling hair, blow drying, highlights, color. Every time I get my hair done I get nothing but compliments. I have been going to her for the past 10 years. I have recommended this place to my friends and they all love it and look beautiful after going to her. You will only feel beautiful after getting your hair done by Rosa. Highly recommend it.

The greatest!! Rosa brought my hair back to life twice! I came after a terrible high light experience, not only did she give me an amazing cut & taught me how to combat the damage. She put high lights back on me without completely killing my hair. Both ladies are amazing. ?? so glad I came here.

Pretty Girl salon is the best. They have 2 hair stylists who are both fantastic. The shop is a pleasure to spend time in. They go beyond to take precautions with the covid virus threats. Have a lot of laughs with the staff.
