“My ems from korea did not have the correct address. The staff @ this post office, I think her name is yeelai helped me to locate the driver with my package. Also the driver called me back to let me know where his truck is at. Thank you all for being super friendly & helpful!!”
“There is a bit of a wait usually at this post office but the staff has always been courteous and professional in my experience. I had experienced an issue with missing mail and the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. It’s a small post office but I appreciate their efforts in making it more efficient by providing drop off bins inside for prepaid packages so you don’t have to wait on line. Not all post offices do this and I like that they do, it makes it so much faster.”
“I was applying for a new passport, not in the main area but at the back, in the passport room. The guy that helped me was the best possible person that could have helped me, I couldn't have done it without him. He knows exaxtly what they'll scrutinize when processing your application, and what needs to be done. I took spent an hour there and he was so generous and did everything for me. He's an asian guy with glasses, and he's just wonderful.”
