Went in today for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. The owner Anita is so sweet and kind. She is very helpful as well. I appreciated her honestly and loved how kind she was to my kids! Look forward to going back there to shop!

I was looking for a specific bag that was sold out everywhere else and found it online at this boutique just a few days before Christmas. I called the brick and mortar and spoke with the owner who was extremely helpful and kind, and was even able to get the bag to me in time for Christmas! The bag was exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was above and beyond!

I needed some clothes very quickly and I was short on time. The customer service that I received was incredible. She couldn’t do enough to help me and also showed me exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend the shop. This was like having a personal shopper. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Amazing boutique with even better owners. Their inventory is chosen very mindfully, as nearly all of their wares are sourced sustainably from local suppliers. The few items they have from abroad come from fair trade companies that provide livable wages to their employees. Many of the items, particularly the beauty supplies, candles, and diffusers are very high quality, you truly get what you pay for here. The owners themselves are very passionate about what they do, it reflects in how mindfully they stock their shelves, and how warm they are with customers. They truly believe in doing what is best for the environment and human rights, graciously providing locals a shop that provides quality wares without indirectly contributing to unethical labor overseas or companies that harvest their materials unsustainably.Next time you want to treat yourself to a nice gift or grab something nice for a beloved's birthday, skip amazon and take a walk to Pippy & Lily's.
