I originally wanted to check out this store to buy a stove, so I first checked customer reviews about this store. Almost all the opinions raised by customers were rejected, and they were all the customers' fault. very scary!

I want it to give no star to the place but unfortunately I don’t have that option. Very poor customer service. It was my first time going to this place. I want it to purchase several appliances and electronics today. The lady work inside has a very stuck up attitude. Maybe their store is making so much money that she didn’t care the business from me. I ended up got my French door fridge , through the wall ac, kitchen ranch, micro wave, washer and dryer from PC Richard. Maybe PC Richard has higher sell price but the Sales person there was great and very helpful. Thanks to that lady’s awful customer service, I’ve told all my friends and family members about the experience I had in this store.PSI was in your store. My wife and I with our kids came in and I asked you about 30” Fridge but your answers was “No” and that’s it. You didn’t even try to offer us something else or ask what other size option we want. We don’t know much about appliances that’s why we came and ask also shop for our home. Hope that fresh your memory. Also, I saw all your reviews. When problems occur it never is your issue, it’s always the customer’s fault. Great customer service.

After seeing a few negative reviews I needed to write a review.I have been dealing with Steve for about 10 to 15 years. I can honestly say Steve stands behind his products he sells. He will do everything to make it right.I purchased 4 Fujitsu Duchess HVAC and he had his installed install them about 1 1/2 years ago. The Installer the old man and his son were so professional. They didn't make a mess in my house and the units were installed neatly. How to I know I saw other pro installers install them and they were a very messy install job.Also Steve's prices are the best. No knock off imitation brand full warranty.

We went to Pioneer Home Electronics after we consulted and experienced services with other stores in Flushing on purchasing a range hood. I have to say Steve's store is the best among all the other stores in Flushing. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only the price he offered us was impeccable, but also the customer service he provided to us was excellent and other stores can't compare. He even gave us a microwave as a gift after we purchased and installed the range hood. I will definitely shop from his store in the future and highly recommended to all my friends and family.

Worst dealer ever, I bought 11 units from them, two of them went wrong and it's under the manufacturer warranty. Contact the owner, they since December last year, he said he will contact the manufacturer. Everytime when I call the store, he is always busy and he said he did contact the manufacturer but the parts never come. That means I have to buy two units? People who is reading this just be aware of this dealer. They nice to you when you spending but when something is with the units, good luck.

Terrible customer service, they'll stop answering you after they take your money. I had my ACs installed in 2017, and one of my ACs broke down which required a piece of equipment that needed to be replaced to work again. It took me several calls for them to even pick up, and they only made excuses with no clear answer in helping me. I have manufacture warranty for 10 years and it's only been 5 years since my ACs were installed.In addition, this company is a liar and claims to be an authorized dealer for selling AC equipment. However they actually get their parts and equipment from Johnstone Supply. Clearly they're just scamming people and ignoring you once any issues arise.

Great discounts especially if you buy in bulk. The owner, Steve, Knows what he's talking about and will sell you a product based on your needs and not the price tag. Also, he will get you your appliances that's been sold out everywhere else at your big box stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc) during this pandemic. We've gotten a double oven, range hood, cook too and dishwasher so far, definitely recommending my friends and coming back for more appliances when I need them.
