I wish I could give them -10 stars! They have the worst attitude toward potential customers. Disrespectful, rude, and aggressive! If customer service isn’t their priority, I don’t understand why they’re in business at all. After asking a few simple questions about products and prices, I was kicked out of the store. If they can’t handle basic inquiries, they might as well close down!
As a Latino, I even felt discriminated against by their hostile staff. The first time I visited, I thought maybe I was being overly sensitive, but my second visit confirmed how toxic, aggressive, and unwelcoming the environment truly is. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, where they actually appreciate and value their customers!

According to the recipe, which is called 11 Spices, the top-secret ingredients (and measurements) include:
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried mustard
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3 teaspoons white pepper
Jokes aside, i only needed a sheet of heat transfer but owner was too scared he'll lose his little business over a piece of vinyl. Place should close down any time soon

If I could give 0 stars, that would be amazing! This place is horrible. I came here to get a quote for some polo shirts with an embroidered school logo on the left chest. The workers were rude and immediately shut it down because of the small letters. I have jackets with the same logo from other companies, and they had no issues. I thought I would support a local business, but they refused to listen. One guy I spoke with reeked of cigarette smoke. My experience here was utterly distasteful. The workers are unprofessional, and the environment is unwelcoming.
Do business elsewhere. They don't want to provide service; they want to tell you what you can and cannot do rather than help the customer.

This is the most AMAZING place EVERRRRR!!! I bought a jean jacket and some patches and I took it to them to put on, it turned out INCREDIBLE!!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!The customer service was GREAT as well,Try them,

This place is the worst, my own fault for not listening to the Yelp and Google reviews. I came in Friday to ask for the price of 10 items, 5 bathing suits and 5 bathing trunks for my fiancé and I, groomsmen and bride maids. First the old lady in front told us she can’t do it cus of the material, which are normal bathing suit material (poly) lol the younger gentleman that works in the hot print machine hears this and tells her that is not true and that he can do it, so we went home to work on our design. We came back today, the older guy that works there maybe the owner, tells us that he can’t do 2 designs! Only 1 because he refuses to set up the machine for 2 designs. So I guess he wants all the suits to say bridesmaids even for the guys trunks?!! Ridiculous. I guess they only do 1 design the whole day since god forbid they have 2 designs daily cus he will refuse to set up the machine for 2! They were rude, the reviews are right, they look messy and out of place. Both of the older people don’t know how to talk to customers, it sounds rude but maybe they should work in the back with the machines since they don’t know customer service. The older guy kept changing what he was saying, as if he wanted to probably ask for extra money for setting up again for a diff design. When we spoke with the younger guy and he quote us $10 per item.Just don’t come here, unless u are prepared to be as rude as them, maybe that will help with your experience. I’m taking my money somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I went there twice to try to get work done to see if the first experience I had was just a one-time thing. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in and expect you to acknowledge them. The workers are literally inside the store when you walk in working and smoking cigarettes and doing embroidery at the same time. If I can give this place zero Stars I would
