“I went to Colombo Pharmacy for the first time last time, and I am a customer for life. My mom needed paxlovid and CVS of course did not have it. I was referred to Colombo pharmacy and they were so so helpful. They picked up the phone right away. They called CVS to ask for the transfer. Even when doctors and insurances don’t match, she gets on the phone to help the patient.For anyone upset, understand as someone who just observes, you have people coming in her face screaming and not thinking logically about what the process is and how she still trying to find a solution for patients. “My family lives in the area so I'm not here too often but this time I'm staying with them and sadly this neighborhood doesn't have too much going on. There's a Dunkin donuts, Chinese food, supermarket and I remember they're not being a pharmacy before, unless I just haven't been paying attention. I'm not sure when this place opened up, but I'm very happy it's there! They had exactly what I was looking for, my "hippy dippy" echinacea supplements that I usually get from whole foods. They were kind and really wanted to help me find what I was looking for... I actually had no idea what I was looking for I did not expect to find my supplements here. I prefer to shop at smaller pharmacy businesses then the big chains so I'm really happy I found them this evening.”
