This pet dentistry helped with all the paperwork and tests needed for my cat to return to my home country. They were very patient and professional. Communication was smooth, and they can speak English, Korean, and Chinese.

I’m in the process of bringing my cats to China and needed extensive documentation for the journey. After calling all the USDA-verified vets in Flushing, I chose Petopia Animal Clinic because they were incredibly helpful and professional on the phone, answering all of my questions with clarity and patience.
Dr. Jeong and the entire staff are fantastic! Every step of the process, from the paperwork to the health checks, has been smooth and stress-free. I am still waiting for my flight to China and the original endorsed health certificate for my cats, and the clinic has been excellent in keeping me informed throughout the process. Their professionalism and friendliness made this experience so much easier. I highly recommend Petopia to anyone needing exceptional care for their pets. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends!

I went there for a year and did some paperwork while returning to Korea, and I really recommend it! The doctor looked at me very closely through palpation without unnecessary treatment, and checked my history thoroughly every time I went, taking care of anything I missed! The receptionist was very attentive and I had a lot of questions as it was my first time raising a cat, but she kindly provided guidance during each visit.
After the cat scaling, the anesthesia wore off late, so I went to the emergency room early in the morning, feeling like a beginner, but the next morning, even though it was closed, the teacher personally gave me a follow-up call and kept in touch with me to check in. My cat is sensitive and really timid, so Petopia was my fifth hospital, and I wish I had known about it sooner!
I really recommend it if you are looking for a hospital to stay at for a long time!

I've been bringing my pet, Loel, here for years. The staff is friendly and respectful towards my pet. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kindly guided me through treating my pet's heart condition. I always worry about my pet's medical bills, but they were super transparent and walked me through a treatment plan that made total sense. Loel is now doing much better after medication and getting tests done. I appreciate their care and would recommend them without hesitation.

A vet who doesn't push unnecessary services or overcharge. Also a vet who opts for hollistic/natural healing over strong medications. Just what we need with having more than 1 dog and pets' medical bills generally being ridiculously high these days.

Thank you Dr. Jeong and staff! My cat Scotty has had a lot of health issues recently and Dr. Jeong took great care to understand his medical history from other vets and specialists, but also listen to my experiences and concerns. The acupuncture sesssions have been helping Scotty be more stable mobility wise and comfortable. All of the staff members are really friendly and compassionate, making the stress of having a sick furry friend more bearable.

As an owner of 2 dogs (and many others throughout my life), I've navigated numerous veterinary clinics across Queens, including the highest rated ones. Yet, none have quite matched the exceptional expertise and care offered at Petopia. Since bringing my first puppy in 2008, I've entrusted them with all my dogs and never looked back. As a healthcare worker, I'm too familiar with the medical model providers (for both humans and animals) practice. One of the standout features of Petopia is their holistic and integrative approach to veterinary care. Unlike many other clinics that tend to overdiagnose and overtreat, often resulting in unnecessary procedures/medications and hefty medical bills, Petopia considers the psychological, behavioral, and environmental aspects that contribute to my dogs' overall health. This also means the vet actually takes time listening to every one of your concerns, and explaining his assessment and suggested course of treatment in language you understand. The vet's patience, and thoughtful consideration of all factors always leads to more precise diagnoses and targeted treatments. What truly sets Petopia apart is the vet's additional specialization in Eastern medicine. This allows them to offer natural yet effective options for treatment without unnecessary side effects or expenses. Thanks to Petopia's compassionate care and commitment to holistic health, my dogs are thriving at ages 15 and 8. Not only are they happier and healthier, but the reduction in medical expenses (we all know how costly they are for pets without health insurance) has been significant. For any pet owner seeking a veterinary clinic that goes above and beyond traditional practices but don't want to break their bank, I wholeheartedly recommend Petopia.

They are so friendly and nice. It’s fairly affordable here as I am a collage student and can’t really pull much out of my pocket. I really do recommend this place.

Dr Jeong is so kind, patient and gentle. My cat Kody is very calm with him whereas his previous veterinarian had said Kody was "aggressive." Kody was also calm with Dr. Jeong's assistant/receptionist, Heather, a very sweet lady. The office has a clean and serene atmosphere and is well run.Dr. Jeong explains everything clearly and calmly and takes a watchful and conservative approach to treatment. I appreciate that he was matter-of-fact in explaining how the winter weather has an detrimental effect on cat's breathing and rather than rush to medicate Kody's "asthma," Dr. Jeong suggested that we watch to see if Kody's breathing improves with simple and practical advice (use an air purifier and humidifier, extra brushing, extra house cleaning, etc.) and with his adjusting to the cold weather. With antibiotics and just two treatments (using a nebulizer with medicine), Kody's cold cleared up quickly and beautifully.Tomorrow, I am bringing Kitty, my other cat, in for a check up with Dr. Jeong. I am so happy to have Dr. Jeong as our vet.Thank you Dr. Jeong (and office staff).By the way, Dr. Jeong is not only a doctor of veterinary medicine, he has a PhD!That is a lot of education and hard work!Very, very impressive, Dr. Jeong!!I brought Kitty in and we received the same considerate, careful and gentle treatment. She is 15 this year and I'm so happy that her bloodwork shows that she is in good health and we know this too by the full exam Dr. Jeong gave her. He advised that she lose some weight and even explained that many cat foods are deficient in protein and that the fillers in the food put on weight.I'm glad to discover this now as she is still in good health and we want to keep her that way. We are transitioning to home-cooked meats and I am now searching for recipes for making homemade kibble after reading about how many unhealthy ingredients are in pet food and the health problems caused by these often toxic ingredients. Kody is also very happy about the home-cooked meats. They even showed me how to clean her ears properly during our visit.Thank you again, Dr. Jeong (and Heather)!!We are on the road to good cat care and continued good health!!We are all so happy to be going to Petopia!!!

Best Acupuncture for Pets in Queens hands down. It priced reasonable than others you will find. Dr. Jeong and his staff are amazing people who care about the well being of my dog. My dog has Chronic Kidney Disease and was told he only a few weeks to live by my primary vet on Oct 23, so I got a second opinion and every week I went, a general exam before we did acupuncture. I never understood the benefits of acupuncture till the Doctor explained there are two kinds, Dry and Wet and he did both. Dr. Jeong approaches both modern medicine treatment with the western treatment that best suit your pet. He was able to catch that my dog had other issues with the bloodwork and urinalysis that my primary vet didn’t after he asked to recheck again. It’s now Jan 24 and my dog who was on death’s bed is doing fine, is as active as he was before CKD, the acupuncture really does help. As far the staff, if you wanted records or results of bloodwork or the urine culture they sent it via email right away too.

I found this vet practice by chance and wanted to highly recommend it. Everyone who works here is so kind and gentle. My cat was the calmest I’ve ever seen her at the Vet - the people working here are just that wonderful. The doctor was also very calm and patient with explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. I really appreciate the kindness and quality of care here! The prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
