For years i'd been buying perfumes from this store. I get birthday gifts, Christmas gifs from this store. I spend tons of money. But this past Christmas holiday i was disappointed. The 3 people that were there 1 woman and 2 men refused to help me. I told them i would like to buy perfumes and want to spend around $60 each and was told they don't sell perfumes in that price range. So i left disappointed. The staff were rude. They don't try to help. Good luck to the owner of this store.

I’ve been going to the Jackson heights, Ny location for years. I always buy their body sprays but yesterday the clerk had an attitude and refused to sell one to me and demanded i buy 6 of them for $40. I wanted three. I couldn’t but one or two. It was weird. I walked out and ordered it from Ebay. Never going back. Ghetto staff.

I like the store, but the one in Queens was closed for renovation and won't be back until the beginning of November.

The perfumery is closed for renovation, they should inform you that it comes from Jamaica, but the quality is very good.

Lady was extremely rude and treated us like we couldn't afford anything. We spent $130 on a fake perfume this place is by far the worse rude employees and fake items.

A lady attended to me first, she was treating me well but then she left and when she returned she told me that the price of one fragrance was one and when purchasing another it was half price which was not true after I paid for the 2 fragrances I asked because of the gift bags that they had on their display and with a despotic manner he told me those are not for sale and the ones they sold were in a box behind where they charge ?♀️ and they were the same and another of the ladies tried to be kind and the other bad one I didn't let her serve me.
I don't like to see that as a client ?
It's sad to see that as Hispanics we treat each other badly ??

The new administration sells fake perfumes, copies, only water and alcohol. It was a good place, but now I do not recommend that you buy anything in this place and if you buy, check them before paying. I was a client for 10 years I am not a sporadic client.
