Beware: Charges 25 cents for a plastic bag. This neighborhood market is for convenience only. Produce is more expensive and sometimes not fresh. Grocery items are much higher too. But it is convenient. Although there have been times I found mold on some ready to eat food items but you just have to check the date and inspect carefully before you buy. The deli guys are great. I always tip when they make me a sandwich. Here is why I gave him 2 stars and will try my best to never walk into that market again.... There is nothing convenient about being charged 25 cents for a plastic bag after you select ready to eat items/produce. Makes you wonder how else they try to make a profit. Someone goes into your market to pick up ready made food, a couple of produce items and you try to charge 25 cents for a bag. Not 5 cents or 10 cents but you charge 25 cents for a plastic bag that isn't even recyclable, not earth friendly and won't even hold that much anyway. Not cool at all and you lost this customer. I will walk to another local deli instead.

This place is a disgusting bodega stale terrible gross food in the deli case and the Korean cashier with the black eyeglasses has been there a while now he is so nasty and ignorant to this establishments customers but if your Korean he greets you with a big hello, smile etc. Avoid this nasty racist deli at all costs unless you want to get sick and/or be treated rudely. The owner a Korean woman just gives you dirty looks if you ask her something. Very ignorant people in this establishment.

They would’ve gotten 1 but they’re the closest deli, if you have another option I’d recommend trying it. They don’t know how to make sandwhichs

everything in here takes forever...... the deli line , register (lady), customers getting money . make sure u have 20 - 30 min to just to get an egg sandwich as every worker in there ignores you with there back turned .def dont go here if u have a train to catch .also for high prices its just not worth it . even the automatic door is slow af . lol

I went to buy hero bread to make philly cheese steaks, a women was also buying bread she has taken a plastic bag licked her fingers to open the bag and used the same hand to touch the bread. I went to the man at the register and told him what I just witnessed and he did nothing about it....DISGUSTING.

Since the new owners took over, the deli lost it's best deli man, Christiano, who made the mouth full of any sandwich. Now they put some other cook, that is changing what a sandwich should look like, and lost the good taste the food was tasting. Shame!
