In my experience they were courteous on the phone and with the whole process. I ordered 4 big banners with stands. There were 2 of us trying to get the order through via email and phone, so there was some confusion. However, they were patient with the whole process. I called on Monday, and by Wednesday everything was ready for pickup. Very quick. I would ask this place again for big projects. Not sure how they do with smaller projects
