5 stars are not enough to rate with excellence the professionalism, knowledge, ethics that Dr. Tello and his team have given us with our pet, we have been attending the therapies and medicine, dietary recommendations administered for his rare case of cancer for a very short time. , our pet is feeling very well and we are confident that in the long term we will see a much better result. Dr Tello and his team, once again thank you a thousand and a thousand for giving us back our Baby's hopes.??✨✨

I took my dog for annual vaccine and check up. I told the doctor I was concerned my dog panted a lot and drank water a lot as well. He looked at her gums and told me she was severely dehydrated.
Ordered her to get IV which was 42 dollars and I didn’t see much used but yet said she was severely dehydrated. Than ordered blood work that cost me 732 dollars. When we got the results he didn’t wanna tell us over the phone had us go in again to tell us she needed a diet change. Didn’t suggest any special diet. At this point we stop couldn’t get the vaccine don’t know why according to him the dog wasn’t sick. I almost took her back to get the vaccine which at this point I was going to get charged again.
But decided to take her somewhere else.. horrible experience

I went to there with my 10 month old cat and the service was outstanding. The nurse was professional and the Dr diagnosed the illness in no time. We got the medicine and our kitty was ok the next day.

Extremely surprises from outside the door tcouhey told me they couldn't see my SICK dog,the place was EMPTY. No reason being going there for years. Never going balck.

Wonderful! The kindest, most compassionate people. Dr. Tello is what you hope for in a good vet & clearly only hires staff that cares. You and your pet are not a # or a $ here. My only complaint is the limited hours. But, then again, it's worth taking a ½ day to go here!

I have been going to Noah's Ark for 7 years for my beloved beagle and I have had nothing BUT great experiences with them. Yes, Pre-Covid we were able to be with the pet while being examined but they are more cautious now in limiting the number of persons in the treatment and waiting areas...kudos to them! I trust their knowledge, expertise, experience, compassion and safety for my pet. Thank you Dr. Tello and staff.

Would not recommend this place. Took my 6 month old kitten for an examination pre-neutering, was there for less than 20 minutes and was charged $137… 0 shots, 0 blood tests. Staff was unfriendly as well, overall disappointing experience.

Don't waste your time!!! Cat wellness exam costs $137 which is high based on location and their bad reviews. Called to find out price point for xrays and was told "we do not give those out on the phone". It just proves that they will overcharge if they are unwilling to elaborate on a estimate price range. Even high end places wellness exams start at $109 tops!

My baby boy, Diesel D' Weasel transitioned in such a loving way. The vet was a master at fur baby bedside manner. I layed with my bestest friend, Diesel D' Weasel as he recieved the sedative. He got woozy and let out the cutest little yawn as I hugged him and kissed him goodbye. He fell asleep and looked so peaceful. No more pain and suffering for my baby Diesel, the red nose pitbull.
