This isnt the name of the Laundromat. Its King Wong. But the google page for that is marked permanently closed. I reported it as open. The machines are all broken. I used machine no 7 and 6. Att $2 each. One had my darks. Filled not even half of the machine and the other had my towels and privates. The towels were still soaked. I showed it to the "worker" (yeah right. I call bs) and she said she would "tell the owner" no heres a discount. No here's an extra quarter to dry it fully.Second time the clothes were still damp but not to the extent as week before. But it took a full 60!!!! Minutes for my towels to dry. (I took out the towels and dried them for an additional 8 minutes.) I told the "worker" again. Finally today was the last straw. All my clothes even the thinnest t shirt were still soaked. I could wring them out with my bare hands and the water dripped all over their floors. Seriously?I'm never coming back here again. I dont mind that it wasnt working well few weeks ago. I men the place has been here for years. Machines arent new. Human factor. Etc etc. But not even bothering to fix it? When you know its a problem? Thata just unprofessional and you dony care about the business.

This laundry establishment that has drop off service which I utilize. The clothes are done quickly and smell great. The only need for improvement is a few times I have had clothes lost . Hard working staff.
