The master here asked for 500 dollars for a problem. They haven’t seen what the problem is. They are crazy about money. Don‘t go to this store for repair.

Being a girl who doesn't know much about a car is a scary thing when going into a car shop. I've been to several shops around this area, and David is the most honest and genuine person I came across. He gave me the best quote in Flushing as well to repair my front bumper. He's also very responsive and he offered me different options and explained them all thoroughly so I can decide for myself. when i initially brought in my nx, the lower back rear was super dented. after only just two days i was able to pick up the car. the rear looks brand new! their team even washed the car and vaccumed the interior ?? david and edwin are super professional, transparent and kind!! everything from their communication, time management and customer service is unmatched.

I'm a little late posting my review but had such an unexpected excellent experience at New Win!
I came in to get a quote for installing a door handle & to "buff" out my head lights for my VW beetle. Because I brought in my own new door handle, Edwin installed free of charge (I left a gratuity) AND he buffed my headlights!
I am truly thankful & grateful by the kindness and honesty I received from Edwin. Thanks again!!

Best auto repair shop in Flushing area! I came to New Win through Geico’s Xpress shop page and couldn’t be happier with the service!
David met with me when I dropped off my car and Edwin was my Geico specialist. He really took his time to walk me through the entire process and called me the next morning to let me know my claim went through. David and the crew are a young team of Asian Americans. They were honest, efficient, detail-oriented and communicative when I interacted with them. I was able to pick up my car 2 days earlier than expected, and David even did some final touchup work for me that same day!
I had a great experience at New Win and recommended my coworkers here as well, nothing but positive feedbacks!
