They are getting two stars because nobody goes back to me on any phone call or email I sent and they just leave my package at the front of my house which was a very large package and it got a little destroyed

Just witnessed one of their van drivers littering a can on the road last night. Honestly disgusting.

I ordered a high end item from Bergdorf Goodman. This 3rd party delivery service said they delivered the package..It never came. Complete fraud. Bergdorf is a high end store and should never use this fraudulent delivery company.
