In this place the owner is very rude to customers,
Furthermore, the serving staff leaves a lot to be desired, the lady in charge is already very senile and old, she tried to steal 6.00 USD from me, I gave her 6 dollars in bills and she had to exchange me for coins, which made her confused and thought that she had already delivered the coins..which never happened,
And he threatened me that they had cameras.
Finally he gave them to me but with many doubts,
a shame these people and service

Janice, who is a new employee at Mr. Machine Laundromat on Union Turnpike in Kew Gardens Hills is very kind and considerate in helping the customerse.

The MR Machine customer service is very low and new manager is abusive to customers, gossips about them with employees who seem to all fear him. completely inappropriate behavior and drama.. and homemade signs all telling customers to RESPECT the STAFF but nothing telling STAFF to respect the CUSTOMERS!!! i have used this place with only one negative incident for ten years and taht was jsut being short changed and having to wait a day to get FIFTEEN dollars back from an employee who insisted i gave her a five when i had given her a twenty. after that the employee always acted hostile toward me when i got change again for almost a year, always saying things LIKE DID YOU GET THE RIGHT CHANGE ???now the new manager is rude, insulting and speaks out of turn almost constantly when hes not chatting with friends on the phone or gossipping about all the clients he doesn't like with his employees, its almost embarrassing to see someone destroy what was once the best laundry mat id ever used.

I've been coming here for years and never had an issue. The place is well kept. The employees are very kind and helpful. Joey and Alex are great. The manager, Jay Bee, is awesome and I definitely recommend this place.

Very clean space, easy access machines and affordable price .

This laundromat has still not yet put back the chairs to sit on . Their rest rooms are still closed to customers.The management is extremely COVID psychotic. Will not use this place until the insanity stops .

I have been coming here for years, for drop off spending probably $300-$400 monthly. Never had an issue with one exception; JB, the manager; for years, he was always rude and Condescending with me, not polite at all; Finally, I had enough; The last incident, all i asked was when will my laundry be ready?? He replied 68lbs, and you want it right away, really?? I just asked him a question and told him there is no rush, i was just asking, no reason to get nasty!!!; Then he tells me, "Im taking your number out of the computer, Don't come back to my store", Excuse me "YOUR STORE"??? JB , doesn't care about mistreating and losing customers, cause its not HIS business, its not HIS money; Its sad, you have to lose a 5 year Great customer, for letting employees treat customers like that, Good Luck/////

As a first time customer, I found the owner gave me great instructions, to understand how his business run, he was extremely pleasant and understanding for the me and if you follow the rules you have no problem with his services. My laundry is ready after dropping it off at 7am today good thing I didn't look at the reviews first.
