Be careful what you buy. They gave me an expired Sprite with a hole in the cap. No clue how that happened but I had to run ALL the way back from my job, just to exchange it. It would be a lot easier if they allowed customers to enter in the late night but they lock the doors. So you’re stuck with whatever nasty option that they give you.

So I came to Lai's auto service in need of some serious work, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I met Andrew the mechanic and he was very polite, honest and straight forward. He let me know of a lot of problems I didn't know I had and previously I was going to another shop but they were just taking my money. Andrew helped me out and explained everything with details and ways I could understand. It was a great experience overall and the prices were good and they are quick and efficient with the work I definitely recommend.

My family has been coming here for years, through multiple vehicles. Jeffrey and Phillip are friendly, straightforward, and won't sell you on any extra junk you don't need. Service can take a while sometimes, but there is a small lot for you to leave your car. On the weekends, drop it off a little late in the morning and be prepared to pick it up in the evening. Despite that, my experience here has always been positive. Pricing is not cheap, but it's reasonable for the good work that they do.

I've been coming here on and off for years. This time around was to install a catalytic converter, a couple of O2 sensors and a pump. Andrew did a thorough job at explaining what needs to be done and answering any questions I may have. I like their professionalism and appreciated that Andrew was informative without being pushy. I recommend this place everyone for your auto service needs. Additionally all the workers are so kind and make such a safe space!

This place is very inconvenient for something as simple as oil change and inspection. If you go late they will tell you to bring it in the next morning. Will call you around the afternoon when it is ready, can't wait out there. Other place will have a area where you can sit and wait. If you don't have the time to drop your car and pick up in half a day, don't recommend coming here. There is a lot of the place where you can wait while they change the oil.

My family and friends for more than 10 years have been coming here, with countless referrals and a lot of coincidences that we found out we were using the same repair shop. The service is friendly and considerably speedy, you don't just feel like just another person with a car going in and out, they hear you out and offer best solutions to fixing or just maintaining your car. The managers Bill (since retired) and Philip are great, not your typical salesmen type but like talking to you uncle or like cousin. My family saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars, for the mere fact that they are honest and realistic mechanics.The fact that a car repair shop often has a line out the door before they open is a testament to people finding a good thing, it is no wonder they been around for 20+ years. Having a great repair shop mechanic to call home to is a big relief in life. I cannot recommend this place more, I love how a small family business stays around in this environment, and to show it's support, this place is truly a gem. Now someone help me find a dentist
