It was my first time getting filler and I was suspicious but went anyway. They claimed it to be juvederm but it was lumpy and never dissolved. I had to have the SILICONE they injected me with surgically removed. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPORTED THEM!!!

Unfortunately, I must revise my previous review due to the low-quality service and unprofessional staff at this establishment. From January to April, there was a complete lack of heating throughout the building, which raises concerns about compliance with Building Department and City ordinances. The sight of barely clothed women, some post-surgery, enduring massages in chilly rooms with only small heaters was unsettling. Moreover, being pressured to pay in full despite the unsatisfactory conditions left me disappointed. It's unclear why this business refuses cash payments or neglects basic amenities like heating. I urge caution as something seems awry. Prior to this, I used to recommend this lymphatic drainage massage center to all, emphasizing the critical role of the lymphatic system in health and well-being.

I’m sure this place under new management by now but I got my lips filled about 6or 7 years ago here. Been had lumps for years. Yesterday I finally got a surgery in Florida to cut out whatever was inside my lips. Turns out it was some white rubbery substance! Bewareeee of what might be injected because some things won’t ever dissolve

There is no one at reception. Infinite waiting times to be attended to. I don't know why they schedule an appointment if they don't attend to you.

I love this place!! It’s worth the wait to get absolute best results so be patient bc they are VERY busy due to that! Each tech gives you time they don’t rush you! I started seeing results after my first session! I have been coming here for 6 years on and off and services get better every time! My tech was Elsy ❤️❤️❤️

Showed up for my appointment on time, but they Overbooked and told me to wait an hour, they had their "better" customers come and go. I call if I'm late or not able to make it, why can't they notify clients of issues? It's not like there are hundreds of different means to communicate?
