This is my favorite pizzeria from the area. I found that their pepperoni pizza it's not as greasy as I had from other pizzerias. Cheese pizza always good and well done, garlic knots are well done and tasty, the fries are crispy and delicious, also their phili cheesesteak, to me, is very good. The Chicken Caesar pizza is also good. Most of the time we order and take it home but if we want to eat in there also is great, family friendly.

Nice place, plenty of seating and comfortable Air conditioning. Have your parking app ready, or bring your quarters for the parking meters. As of July 2019, they have an " A" rating and great selection of different food. I definitely will come again.

I have been eating food from Carlo's since I was in the womb (literally.) My whole family has been patrons of this place since their opening in 1986. I am writing this review on all of their behalves- Carlo's is undeniably the best pizza in New York. I will never ever get sick of their slices and chicken rolls. (I'm craving one right now, which is what inspired me to write this review to begin with.) Carlo's is also notable for their traditional Italian cuisine. I've never had anything bad in there. I have never had a bad experience with the service there. The employees are like friends and family. It boggles my mind how someone could give this place less than 5 stars. Whenever my family can't decide on what to eat, we just go to Carlo's because we know you can never go wrong there.

As a lifelong Middle Village resident I have gone to Carlo's since it opened and they have never disappointed. It has evolved over the years and is still the best by far!

I call this them up to place a order and they tell me go online and I'm think why the f*** for I got you on the phone this is how everyone orders food !!! But no !!! So I go to their cheesy website and I had to sign up of course !! And then I tried placing my order but now there's another problem it's $15 minimum so you're forced to order s*** you don't need just to appease them and so I did reluctantly and still my order wouldn't go through so now I'm pissed off cause there was no need for all the b******* just take the f****** order like everyone else does over the dam phone now I cannot order anything from someone else cause it to f****** late to eat never will I order from you idiots again you want to try and be modern with online ordering yet your store is stuck in the 80's try modernizing that first before forcing people to order food online only

Second to none. Two pizza joints on the block which have been grandfathered in from the 5 60's and 70's This one is second to none. Rosas is good but the quality has slipped. Carlos has it right and never missed a beat

The worst pizza and staff ever. The one skinny guy with the glasses was a real idiot and the other shirt guy with the glasses was a p**** after I asked him to get me 2 slices to go please. He didn't even say okay or anything just took the slices WITH HIS BARE HANDS AND THROUGH IT IN THE OVEN. After confronting him I told him to give me another 2 with not touching them and he said what's the problem, so I just walked out and never will go again. Ps, my friend used to work there and told me that they talk smack about every person who walks in there

This place never stops to amaze me. FYI, this place is on Grubhub. The food is just as great as the staff is friendly and courteous. I have not had an issue. When there is times I come in from work late and I don't have the chance to cook, they are there fast. I am so glad that they have been giving me great service for over two decades. My comment when I give directions about my order? -Well, wouldn't you like to know.

This is the real deal disguised as a 1970s neighborhood Pizzeria. The food here can go up against any fine Italian restaurant just without all the pretentiousness. Kind Brick Oven Pizza, Grate appetizers and all the Parmigiano favorites. Its the go to place when you don't know where to go!

Only the Village is the Middle This local institution deserves superlative titles beyond just Middle Village, it's got top 10 Queens potential. The slices stand out for their delicious sweet, pasty tomato sauce and a happy shallow puddle of swimming orange grease on top. Generous dashes of salt, pepper, and oregano give it edge and the thin, tasty dough charred along the edges turn it devourable - what's the record in this place?? At nightfall, they turn on the brick oven as the big dining room fills up and pizzas start flying in and out of the restaurant. Opened: 1966 Distinction: Rabid local fans. No delivery.

Was in the neighborhood and wanted to grab a quick bite luckily I thought this place and the reviews were great. I'm glad I stopped in. To be completely honest Completely honest the pizza that was out didn't look Appetizingly at all. It looked as if it had been out for a while. I ended up going with the garlic knots and some sauce . 5 garlic knots and sauce was $2.50. There was s good amount of people there eating the pizza. Once it was heated up it looked good. The garlic knots were really tasty. They were nice and garlicky like I like. The people who work here are really nice. It seems like a family owned restaurant. Everyone in there knew each other . If I'm ever around here again I'll stop in for a slice. The service was great and fast.

Great family run Italian casual place! Everyone worked there was polite and took pride in what they were doing. Visited this place more 5 times already and always had their veal parm. Their pizza looked great too but I'm trying to minimize carbs in my diet. They have great house wine deals if you decide to dine in. They also have quick delivery service and the food arrived warm and fresh!

Been here dozens of times and the food never disappoints! My two favorites are the Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Francese. You have the option of salad or pasta on the side (and if you choose pasta, can choose your sauce--doesn't have to be the same sauce as on the chicken. Portions here are HUGE no matter what you order, come with plain Italian bread (ask for butter on the side) and I always have a full meal left over for the next day as well. Sometimes there can be a wait depending on how busy they are in the kitchen (and Carlo's is a popular place with good reason) but staff and co-owners are pleasant and will chat you up while waiting so the time feels like it's moving quicker. The wait is always worth it, and the food is piping hot, fresh, and made with love. They also sell the pizza dough by itself....wish they would bottle that homemade marinara sauce and sell it too!! People in this area would kill for that sauce.
