I got the Estate extra firm mattress from Suki, she has been helping me checking the inventory for such a long time and finally located one in our area. She is nice, patient and professional, I will find her again if I need more mattress. Jacky is very nice and helped me with the ordering and coordinate with the warehouse. Thanks a lot!!

We got our beautyrest black mattress with Suki - she is super helpful and very professional. She spent a lot of time making sure I get the one I wanted as well as helping communicating with the warehouse in timely manner when I needed to change delivery. Not to mention she got us a great price! Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I finally moved out of our parents place to our own apt in Flushing. Our priority was to get a bed and frame so we stopped by mattress firm. We were greeted by Jacky and told him we were looking for a queen size mattress. He asked us if we wanted a firm or soft mattress and showed us several mattress options to test. He explained the different types of mattresses and what they were made out of. With Jacky’s guidance and knowledge we felt confident about the beauty sleep pressure firm 2.0. We also decided to get a metal bed frame that offers a folding option so we can sit up on the bed. He got us set up with a delivery time and everything went smoothly.
