This place is a joke. With their premium pricing you will get your tax filed and a load full of piss poor attitude from the owner herself like you owe her money; terribly unprofessional and rude.
Filed with them last year through a personal referral so I never looked at the reviews. Decided to file with them again this year, came in person to pay them today and the owner marked up the original quote by 40%. So of course I’m going to ask why. Shes saying I have way more documents than last year… it’s a mortgage 1099 and two receipts to expense loll. The other staff are friendly and professional.
Found someone else that could do it same day for $120 with a normal attitude.

I'm so disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for years despite better rates elsewhere. Last year I filed for an extension in person and paid a filing fee. Than brought forth all the documents a few days later. Apparently, they did not file because I only paid for extension and no payment was posted for the actual filing unbeknowst to me. I only found out this year WHEN I called them about the current year's tax. According to them they called me to let me know. But I did not receive any missed calls from them. I did not want to go back & forth so I just pretended that I believe them. I just feel like it is ridiculous that they just neglect my file for this long.. if I had known I would have promptly rectified this misunderstanding sooner so I don't accrue any interest for not filing my tax on time.

Very bad tax service. My company was not in business and was chased by the IRS for more than 9,000 yuan. Looking for Huanya to shirk with various reasons, but it has not been resolved for a year or two. I changed to another accountant, and I received a reply from the tax bureau the next day, and everything was resolved. It is recommended that you find another accountant to help you check the taxes that Uniasia has filed for you. They will even miss the simplest city tax. If there is trouble later, you will be fined.

Unethical business owners. They will add unnecessary charges to paperwork that doesn't even need to be submitted to the IRS (1095C). When confronted, they refused to refund.Scamming people these small charges is not only scummy, but illegal and unethical. I would give 0 stars if I could.If they don't check carefully, they will add fees to documents they don't need. The unscrupulous boss took advantage of the customer's negligence and believed that I was not the only one who was deceived. It is recommended that you file your taxes elsewhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They put the wrong SSN on the form they submitted when it was on my W2 form and they over charge for stocks. They didn't have my bfs form done when we went and submitted everything 3 weeks ago!!! We tried contacting them through email and phone ,but I rarely got the answers I was looking for. I will never come here again and I hope people understand that they are looking for quick cash while screwing you over.

Scam, no question about that. Very unprofessional, unreliable and unethical. Made a huge mistake on tax . Mrs Wu is very rude.
