I really enjoyed my experience in Levins Drugs because of all the friendly, helpful staff and efficient service that was provided. The staff were willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had regarding my prescriptions. Not only is it a convenient location but also the patient care was exceptional with minimal wait times even during peak hours. The pharmacy had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, as well as an organized layout. This will definitely be my go- to place for my future pharmaceutical needs.

This pharmacy is by far the best one I have experienced in a very long time. The customer service is always available when I am looking for any help or clarification. The deliveries are always organized and on time. You will not regret coming here and relying on levins drugs for all your medication and needs. Best decision I made for sure!!!!!

No lies here about terrible customer service. Techs lack confidence with messages they’re relaying. Can’t even explain supposed insurance rejections to the customer. Have to go back and forth with them to have them process medication that I have verified with my insurance that it’s covered. My representative even called them to make sure they’re billing my medication correctly and they were told to call back AFTER the pharmacy is closed. A pharmacist was supposed to call me back and yet to have done so. For my first time experience, This is terrible. Never again.
