We went to see sarees and the guy in the store was very very rude. The lady who was showing us was very nice. I was looking at a saree and was asking if they can restitch the sides of saree as the stitching was loose and has visible holes, or give it to us for a lower price so I can have it stitched somewhere else. He takes the saree and starts walking away, without giving an answer. THAT IS NOT AT ALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rehana from Lavanya provided a wonderful customer experience. She gave me her undivided attention, even when other demanding customers walked into the store afterwards, and showed patience while I tried on multiple outfits. She was also willing to negotiate on the sale price of the saree I purchased.

The staff is very unfriendly. As soon as we went in the store, they were very rude. We were looking at the merchandise and they started closing all the lights and told us we have to leave saying they are very busy… The store was completely EMPTY. This was at 2:30 pm in the afternoon.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!

I saw the other ratings, but personally had an excellent experience. My dresses were ready on time, the quality was excellent, and the tailor was able to make alterations in 30 min.
