I was really convinced. Has anyone ever tried five needles for a physical examination? Two nurses. A young Western nurse gave three needles but failed to find a blood vessel (two needles on the back of the left hand and one needle on the crook of the left arm). Then another older Chinese nurse put a needle on the right arm, but no blood was drawn. Then he finally drew blood on the back of the right hand. After drawing four tubes, he pulled out the needle and found that one tube of blood was missing, so he added another needle to the original needle port on the back of his hand. I was so nervous that my clothes were soaked through and she said I was rich. My dear, it’s hard to find blood vessels!! In the past, blood draws usually hit the nail on the head, and it was rare to get two needles. This time it really broke the record. Shouldn’t this kind of testing and laboratory institutions be more professional? ! Make a mark on the fifth floor of Flushing Queens, 5L, and never come to this ghost place again! After I got home, I checked the pinholes on the backs of both arms and found six pinholes!!! I have photos to prove it!

I had a terrible experience with the phlebotomist. She was unprofessional and had a poor attitude toward children. She spoke to her patients in a loud and yelling manner while drawing blood, and she kept poking around in my child's arm. I suspect she was venting her own emotions. At first, I tried to show respect for her work and asked her to be gentler, but she just glared at me. When my child became pale and dizzy from fear, she didn’t change her attitude or offer any help. Instead, she called over a man who appeared to be of Indian descent, and he helped my child drink some water to ease the situation.
This woman showed no compassion or professionalism. I want to know if anyone has information on how to file a complaint against such a doctor. She and her colleagues even mentioned they didn’t have proper licenses. I’ve never encountered such a frightening doctor before. From the very beginning, she was angry for no apparent reason, as if she were unhappy in her life, but that’s no excuse to bring bad energy into the workplace. Please don’t waste your time here, especially with small children; they could end up traumatized by the experience.

I was told by Labcorp that this location takes walk in long as you have the letter in my email from TLC, they told me hurry they closed at 3:30 pm. So I went exactly at 3:05pm mind you they had 0 people there so I was exicted but the two front ladies told sorry our system is down, come back Monday. I was like what you mean system is down, you can tell they lying bcuz they wanted to go home, it was getting close to their check out time but I said you guys closed at 3:30pm please I need to this drug test or else my license it's going to expired next day. They didn't give a damn instead telling me why you came now why didn't you come early? Like I had to explain to her why I didn't come early, funny thing I wanted to come early but I had a appointment for my kids passport, so I couldn't. At 1st they said the system down, and now all of sudden why didn't I come early, they are soo rude and unprofessional. They shouldn't be working as a customer service. I complained to the security guard down stairs, and he right away knew and told me iam soo sorry you had to go through that, they do that to lot of people around thus time, and it's not right but met me take you up and see if I can help you, he put someone in his post and he went out of his way to help and still they refused me and told me to come back Monday. Who ever owns this Labcorp or the ceo of this location, please look at this post, they don't deserve to work there, on purposely they giving people hard times, bcuz of them my license is going to be suspended bcuz they didn't want to take my drug test and if they would of taken my drug test, I would of been perfect, this is really not fair, I wish someone who's in authority look at this and do something about it. End of the day it's your bussines and those two nasty lady is pushing people away from your bussines with rudness and unprofessional service. I am never going to come back here ever again.

My recent visit to this location left much to be desired. Despite calling repeatedly from 8 am to 3 pm, I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Upon arrival, the receptionist's lack of responsiveness and vague instructions for dropping off my testing kit were incredibly frustrating.
She instructed me to "leave it over there," without specifying where "there" was. Despite asking for clarification, she remained unhelpful. After I asked her again she said that it's a counter around a sink? Again not getting up to show me or even pointing to where that would be. This lack of clarity forced me to wander around the office, trying to locate the elusive "sink."(I don't think anyone who is not a worker should be left unsupervised to wander inside the office with testing kits around)
Eventually, I stumbled upon someone in a lab coat who was more accommodating and told me that I could just hand it to her. However, had I not persisted and sought assistance, my sample could have been left out on a random counter.
It's evident that improvements are urgently needed at this location with starting with addressing the unhelpful receptionist and ensuring the safety and proper handling of clients' samples. I tried to reach out to corporate offices and they have not picked up. I was around the location around 1pm on 4/1/24. Whoever was on the job at that time, should seriously be reevaluated.
