Great mechanic- Troy, I highly recommend this place.Got a synthetic/blend oil change for less than 50.00Gas prices are a tad too high but I usually don't buy gas there so I gave it a 4 star rating

I give them 2 stars because the gas is cheaper than other Shells in the area, however the employee that is supposed to pump your gas is rude, unhelpful and condescending. If this is a full service station then I expect you to come to my car if I'm the only one there. When he didn't, I assumed it was a pump your own. When I ran into trouble he begrudgingly walked over and gave me attitude.

Do NOT use this location for U-haul. I did the reservation, had it confirmed, went there and they did not have the uhaul van available. There was one broken down in the back. They could've called and said the Uhaul is not here, but not. I had to make a new reservation in the college point uhaul which turned out to be a nightmare, thanks to Willets Point Service station. The gas station pumper was super rude too.AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR UHAUL.It is also full service gas and more money.AVOID

They may have the lowest price for regular on Clintonville but the man pumping the gas before 8AM is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. Not only did he ignore me when I asked for a grade of gas he then proceeded to service "his regular customer " who came after me and then when I got out of my car was told "I dont have to stand there" True not only will I not stand there I will tell my friends, neighbors , neighborhood never to drive in there. Not worth saving 4 cents to be disrespected by a person who obviously has no respect for new customers. This firm needs to train their employees on customer service and not only will I never return Ill tell anyone who asks to do the same..Did I ise foul lanquage yes and why because I was brought to this point by this disrespectful gas pumper

Today on Thursday, July 1st, 2021 at approximately 2:00 PM, gas attendant named Dilbag was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He discriminated against me because I was Asian. He provided gas assistance to other non-Asian customers except me because I called him over for help, he went crazy and aggressively turned me away and shouted at me to move it and drive off so the next driver can be helped. I told him I asked for help with the machine, he said "YOU wanted "self-service, now MOVE IT," as he bangs on my car door. And what's worse, he blames me to other customers for not moving my car and I yelled at him because he didn't provide me service at all but provided other customers service, what is it about my face that they don't like? I notified the manager, Gary. But unfortunately, he was justifying his poor behavior and told me that I should understand that he's been working there for 12 years. If that is the case, then he should KNOW that you shouldn't discriminate and treat me like crap cause I'm Asian. I was refused service for simply asking a question, since when was it a crime to ask for help? what kind of low-life service has he been learning for the past 12 years? Did he wake up on the wrong side of the bed? Was his upbringing by his parents made him so poorly raised that he has to treat people like crap? It's racist, unprofessional, and despicable. Don't come here if you're Asian. Only come here if you DON'T ask questions and like to be slapped around and docilely pay him for his crazy treatment. He needs to be fired.
