Hello, great service at Kim’s Orthopedics. I’ve always received fantastic and patient assistance. The shoe selection is amazing and always find great styles. My insurance covers my free shoes every 6 months and annually one set of orthotics. Check back often so you don’t miss out on stylish orthopedic shoes.Regarding the previous review from the Pakistani man. The [negative] review was untrue. I was there that day. He was extremely hostile towards the store’s team and shouted self-entitled demands. It was so uncomfortable for all of us (who also looked for shoes/orthotics). It got to the point that I told him to stop yelling, then called him a jerk. He was out of line and was more than a jerk… @$$h0£€ to everyone. There’s nothing worse than a Karen-type.I also noticed he called all Asians “Chinese.” Clearly he was ignorant because the store’s name is Kim’s 김 (clearly Korean). If anyone collectively calls all Asians “Chinese,” then that review was intentionally meant to cause discriminatory harm. There’s Chinese customers, Korean customers, and many other kinds of customers. The store helps everyone.Consider coming to this store because of the personal attention the team gives to every customer. The store has a long history of serving many communities. I’ve never had a negative experience. There’s so many repeat customers in here and we all come year after year.

I had been having pain due to a slight protrusion on the side of my left big toe (hallux valgus - the name of the disease given by the podiatry clinic), but I happened to visit a healthy shoe store with my acquaintances. The owner gave me tips on how to choose a shoe size and detailed explanations about my feet that I couldn't get even at a podiatry clinic. After listening to this, I reduced my shoe size by two sizes and learned the trick of choosing shoes that fit me, but the hallux valgus that was sticking out did not seem to have completely improved.The pain is gone. If you are looking for shoes that fit your feet and have discomfort in your feet, I recommend stopping by. They have good shoes, so the prices are a little on the high side, but they also offer an insole fitting service and are covered by insurance.

This is a report about a very unfriendly male manager in his 30s or early 40s.He was overbearing and argued with customers, rudely yelling at them and even lunging at them.Perhaps because it is a store without an owner, the manager's disrespectful behavior is unacceptable.I'm sorry if it's inconvenient for you.This is a place where I am very disappointed in the way the manager of Kim's shoe store treats customers.I understand why this place sucks.

Company spokesman lied about shipping dates and they will not communicate in a timely manner. This company has a very poor customer service and I would never purchase another item from this store. It's run by incompetent people.
