A complete waste of time. I walked round trip over an hour to copy 3 keys. Spent 10 minutes doing that. Get home and keyme sends me email they can't make the letter box key. Less than a week and $35 later, they refunded my money to the CC. Reason it's not one star is that although I did all the work to result in nothing, customer service was great and I had my refund within a day or 2. Now if only they could copy ANY of my keys....Expensive but the 2 regular keys copied I coulda had by now. Not mad and probably would use them again if I couldn't find a live Key Master. Meh.

I’m not gonna lie, I was very skeptical at first especially when they said they would have to deliver the keys to me instead of me getting them right on the spot. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received my keys in a timely manner and they fit my doors perfectly! I would definitely use this service again, it’s quick easy and convenient.
