I’ve known this store for a long time, but I tried to return the chicken because it smelled very bad, but the porter did not allow to do that and the porter told me many stories of how he cheats the store and customers and told me he was the manager. His attitude was very rude, nasty, and unprofessional.

they don't close at 10PM, they close at 9:30PM. i tried to walk in at 9:35 or so and the employee standing in front of the door blocked me and said they're closed. but then a lady that went in as i was turned away spoke to him in Spanish saying she only needed a few quick things and he let her in. not saying the guy was racially motivated but obviously he favored her because she spoke Spanish to him.

I was there this morning. One of the cashiers was cleaning the register with chemicals and spraying everywhere, she even had gloves on to protect her hands, then she started touching my food with the same dirty gloves on to scan it. When I said something to her, that this is not clean and she should not be touching people's food with gloves that have chemicals on, she started screaming and yelling in Spanish.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. Since childhood, really, so I have gotten to see many changes throughout the years, and many people come and go.
As with any store, your experiences won’t always be linear. Some visits will be better than others. That’s anywhere.
That being said, my visits to this Key Food have been particularly fantastic.
Wonderful staff, great selection overall, and their fresh coffee that you can make with their machine is delicious. Forget Starbucks, Dunkin’, and so on. This is the place to go.
Their International section is also great. Bigger than most Key Foods, and cleaner.
10/10 in my book, especially lately. I have been greatly enjoying my shopping experiences here. The staff are helpful and kind.

I can’t believe we still live in 1912 or something. The staff thinks every “BLACK Person” is going to steal.they actually follow you around the store as if you don’t notice it the store really smells bad and if I were you and I live in the area I would go somewhere else. —-I purchased some Turkey HilI meat because I wanted spaghetti. I boiled my noodles and then went for the meat to cook omg once I open the pack a HORRIBLE SMELLY SMELL COME OUT. I was so upset. People avoid this supermarket. If you can. Fruits are horrible!!!I would definitely go to a different supermarket and not give them your EBT card nor your cash…

no stars if possible. just left the self check out july 2/ @ 8:10pm and the spanish lady gave me the only smug face and when i ask if it was open she looked me up and down and siad yea” and when scanning my fruit she completely ignored me multiple time asking for help , told me i didnt put the right code and walked away still talking abt me puting in the code on the grapefruit. if you want to be disrespected this is ur place to go

Have to share my long term experience with this place just cause these reviews make it seem like this place is atrocious.
Their delivery service is amazing, I never had any problems with it and they're always on time. Be thankful they're doing it for free. If you complain about a free service then do instacart or the other ones that charge you insurmountable amounts just to deliver groceries.
Customer service here is amazing. Not sure about customer service problems but I never felt like I was being watched or whatever. They're too busy for that and the people that complain about their bags needing to be surrendered - it has been like that for a long time, I dont raise complaints about it Cause I Know I Dont Steal ?♀️
Some produce and meat arent fresh - maybe get better at picking what you're buying.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at the fish shop in Key Food Market. Most of the raw fish they sell has been frozen for far too long, and it shows. I thought I was getting a good deal on some fresh salmon, but boy was I wrong.
The next day, when I was ready to cook it, the smell had gone bad. It was clear that the fish was no longer fresh, and I couldn't trust it to cook and eat. $25 went straight down the drain.
To make matters worse, the two guys working at the fish shop have absolutely no customer skills. They were unhelpful and unfriendly, and it's clear they don't care about selling quality products or providing good service. Sometimes, they double charged you claiming the first credit card swipe didn't work. That's their little trick!
In my opinion, they should be banned from selling fish altogether. Save your money and go somewhere else for your seafood needs. Trust me, you won't regret it.
