HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If I could just give zero star ???? Do not come in this salon you will regret it! I did my waxing they just let the lady who is not trained and doesn’t know how to wax my private thing until such time she ask a help with another employee they keep talking Chinese and my skin is bleeding also it got irritated after the next day and the unprofessional or not trained lady was so rude she get angry at me because I have too much hair ?? well it’s your job! I am the customer and overpriced me as well and didn’t finish her job she just use a scissor instead of waxing the hair. Such an idiot employee!! Very BAD EXPERIENCE VERY NASTY Chinese attitude! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE ANYMORE!!

I got my bangs trimmed here, and the lady who cut my bangs did it unevenly. I have some strands that are short and some that are long. I usually go to a different salon to get my bangs trimmed but its farfrom my house.So i decided to come here and it was a mistake to come here. :( also the lady told me it was $8 for the bangs then said i should also do trim and it charged me $27 + tip. They are not clear about their pricing and will change it on you!

I came here months ago with a photo as it was my third or 4th time going to salon. I usually have great hair outcomes as I like to go there to color as well as cut my hair. I had the owner and she did my hair herself. She forgot me and then forgot the image I showed her and dyed my hair the wrong color. I had to ask for highlights to correct it. Then, she says you didnt mention highlights. Yes because I was thinking on the spot to fix my hair!(i color my hair to get away from my natural color). I also showed her a photo! And she dyed my hair a single process black! Not what I wanted from the picture. She was busy so she forgot me. I had my hair processed like 3 times. Highlights after the black and then toner. Not going back for a long time! Traumatized! Too much processing of my hair. I do notice that Joy is very good at color. Otherwise, this place has a 50/50 outcome and it could be good or bad. Not consistent. Maybe I may just stick to this place for haircut.

I walked in to get my nails done. The ladies at the front seemed busy with counting receipts. Eventually one of them looked up asked me what I wanted. I asked if they had openings for a manicure. She said yes, proceeded to doing what she was doing and walked away. After a few minutes I just walked out as no one seemed interested in my business.

They have some older nail employees who are very unprofessional, they do it quickly and dirty, they put all sorts of dirty stuff on your fingernails while they can’t see it and do it very quickly because they are in a hurry to make money. They watch you until you tip. Because they would get the polish out, they would keep scratching your skin with their nails in an attempt to scrape some of the excess polish. I spent $30 and a tip and only got a 10+ minute manicure, as if that wasn't really cheap. Now my nails are a mess because there is baked on polish everywhere. They also comment on customers after they leave if they don't tip.

if you want to be yelled at for your money, talked rudely - this is the place for it. I came with a photo and the master asked me another 100 questions and saw that she was offering me completely different solutions not like in the photo. I came with dry hair and she wet it and asked if I needed to dry it (it’s winter now and it’s strange to let a client leave with wet hair). left with tears and a horrible haircut

I love this place! I've gotten my roots bleached and hair colored here three times and loved the end result each time. I think the pricing here is really fair. It's not a fancy salon but they do the job! Everyone is very friendly and they speak English. I've gone to a different salon in the area before and paid more for awful results, so I am so relieved I can come here and expect my hair to look great each time. They are a bit rough with brushing my hair while I have bleach or dye in it, which I think causes a lot more breakage. The only other issue is that I went in for rose gold again but got a dusty mauve. I love love love the dusty mauve but it's a pleasant surprise, I don't think everyone would be happy to get a color different from what they requested.

I have been to this place few times for my hair cut. And I have been charged different prices for the same hair cut which is basically trimming.Today, I had a different lady who charged $20 in the past to trim, but that lady in the corner yelled and told her to charge me $25 for a 5 minute trim plus tips in Chinese. I think her name is Vinny. Never going back there. I'd rather go to a barbershop for trimming and $10

Please don’t come here and waste your money. Joy is rude and laughed that I didn’t wanna pay for extra services saying it was too pricey for me. The lady doing my nails rude as well, no manners and sneaky ways to overcharge and the nails looked horrible. Too thick, bad paint job.Services: Acrylic nails

Be careful! the woman who cuts her hair (she is also the owner of the salon, apparently), does not process or disinfect her tools. After it, dandruff appeared !! she infected me with it! If I don't fix this, I'll contact a lawyer.
