We were clients of Jet Tax for many years until we realized how terrible and dismissive he was with our tax situation, and on top of wanting to double charge us what he was previously charging! When working with tax consultants, you would hope they'd have your best interest and finding you the best returns as possible, however this was not the case. Despite explaining that this year would be different and we should file it differently from the previous years, Nope! There was no listening, and would always steer us to the easy way out, always taking the standard deductions, even when it was not to our best interest. Which we later found out from another, much better tax consultant! Sadly, I cannot recommend Jet Tax, if you would've asked me years ago, I would have recommended them (and actually did to my friends and family! Never again!). Save yourself time and trouble. Jet Tax will only find the easiest and quickest tax filing method possible without listening to your situation and very dismissive.

I had the pleasure of communicating with Frank Lin to get help with my taxes. For the past three years, I had always been paying penalties on my taxes, and no matter what I did, I could never resolve the issue myself. No matter how many times I communicated with the HR at my Office, the issue was never solved. Just as I was about to give up, one of my co-workers highly recommended that I speak to Frank about my issue. Although most of our conversation was done via email, the amount of detail he provided per response, and the speed at which he returned all of my emails exceeded all of my expectations. He also always ended his emails with his availability dates and hours in case I needed further clarification and wished to speak to him over the phone. The amount of effort he put into a consultation was unbelievably shocking. Anyone that needs assistance with their taxes should not hesitate to speak with Frank. I guarantee that you will walk away satisfied.

Frank was the most personable and genial person I've spoken to since quarantine. Even though I called him towards the end of the day, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely use Jet in the future because of Frank!

Frank reviewed my taxes from another CPA and he was a lifesaver. He found an issue with one of the fillings which would have made me pay a lot of money. Frank's thoroughness and experience was more welcoming than other CPAs I've experienced. From now on, I've found my CPA for all my future tax returns.

I've been using Jet Tax services for the past four years and it's been a great experience for me. I love the fact that I can just upload all my documents online, and Frank will take care of the tax return in a timely manner. I only had to visit his office one time for my first year. The consecutive years, I just upload the forms to the website. Frank is very knowledgeable and pays attentions to details, he filed 4 state returns for me in one year because I moved around so much. It's great knowing that he is an expert and can help me with the returns. Highly recommend his service to anyone.

It's been three years since I started with Jet Tax and I've been a loyal customer ever since. I love the fact that I can trust Frank to do my tax and he is making sure that I'm filing all my taxes correctly. I don't have to worry about it and he is always able to pull through even when I procrastinate to file my taxes. Everything is done electronically and timely. High recommend his service if you need to file taxes in multiple states and you having multiple incomes.

Amazing service! Before I even came in to see him, I had emailed him some questions since I had to amend my taxes and he answered them really well making sure that all my questions were answered before I came in to see him. He is very thorough and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I am so happy to find Frank via yelp. It is so not easy to find a very good C.P.A. plus, sometimes I don't trust yelp's people's opinions 100% since I find a horrible restaurant via yelp, (sorry Frank to compare you with restaurants) but this time, I am so grateful!! Frank is very friendly, smart and quick. He is the best accountant I have ever worked with. Thank you Frank!!

The office is small and not easy to find but this was my first time with Jet Tax, and was not disappointed! Frank is super patient and answered all, one million questions I had. I always stress over taxes and he makes it easy.

I followed Yelp reviews to find Frank and I am glad I did so. Frank was very easy to talk with and super helpful. He explained things to me clearly and is always patient to answer my extra questions or concerns. He is also very efficient and charges very reasonably. I'd definitely like to keep working with him in the future.
