I went in today and bought shoes from JJ. He was EXTREMELY welcoming and nice. He knew all the sizes he had in each shoe off the top of his head. Prices were pretty good for resale. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Def a great store!

Very bad service, the worst service I have ever experienced, my friend bought shoes there. The size was too big , then when he brought it back, and they refuse to exchange, and said it was dirty, but my friend didn’t wear, and can’t speak English then have to leave, when I went there speaking for my friend, the shop assistant was so rude to me and even said I didn’t bought shoes from them, I wasn’t their costumer. Finally , I have to call 311 to report this, I really want to warn everybody they are not trustable and they are exaggerating . I really want to show you guys the pix that they claimed ‘ dirty’ on the bottom of the shoes. It’s unbelievable!
