I’m always happy with my service. Isasc does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.
Always reliable, always accurate. Awesome people to help you take care of your car. I have been fortunate to find an honest auto shop.

This isaac auto repair would steal many parts from the car.they not fix them at all. They just use machines to eliminate engine errors. It looks fixed, and then it breaks down. So and then you have to keep coming to pay money to fix your car. This auto repair sucks.

Rubbish service, I don’t even want it for free! What are you dragging...
I waited patiently outside for more than an hour. I just wanted to take a look at the problems with the car to avoid any conflicts when I paid. Or I could just take a look at the car and tell them what the problem was. After all, it cost 2,900 US dollars. Maintenance fees.
I said there was oil dripping from the chassis, but without even looking at it, the Smiling Tiger boss told me to leave the car and keys and leave. Come back and pay in three days.
They won't talk to me in a complete sentence, there is no respect. They just have a smiling face...
I just ask you to stand outside and wait. You have no responsibility at all. I really admire this kind of service attitude!

Isaac’s mechanics do not even use decent diagnostic tool to verify the accuracy of their diagnostic. They use their experience which is not universally applicable in each case. It is good place to bring the parts to be replaced after getting diagnosed at some specialist of the brand of your vehicle.
From my personal experience, I was asked to get the low pressure fuel pump replaced which just made the problem temporarily resolved but the root cause wasn’t addressed which caused another issue after just 10 days . This time high pressure fuel pump was supposed to be replaced. But from my understanding of root cause of the problem was an aftermarket catalytic converter which was forcing the PCM to make the pumps work at elevated levels which caused the breakdown of both fuel pumps.

Happy and nice guy but I had my Raybans stolen from my car. Someone went through all the compartments inside my car, flipped through everything. Be careful. My car was left outside and they don't lock it. Also had white dust all over my car when I went to pick it up. My first experience here was good, but the second time, had my personal belongings stolen. Checked my dashcam footage and saw that someone was driving my car all the way to LIC and back. At one point they turned off my dashcam (I know because the dates and timestamps don't match and show where the car was left).

I would stay away from the shop because the mechanics don't know what the hell they are doing, the owner Isaac is a very nice sweet guy but his mechanics screwed up multiple times causing me to have to bring my car back multiple times! Also when I would cut my wheel all the way to the left or right you would hear a sound that is not normal but Isaac tried telling me that is normal. So he's very nice but he doesn't know what he's talking about Im certain cases. I had just gotten a car from my girlfriend's father and it was making noises when I would go over bumps and Isaac told me it was the shocks and struts so I paid a bunch of money to replace it, just for the father to tell me he recently just got brand new shocks and struts on that truck so they wasted my money and time

This car dealership is a shady shop! The boss is a smiling tiger. He will arrange jobs with big profits right away. If you have small profits, he will let you go. Try not to stay overnight while repairing your car at his house. He will secretly replace other valuable parts in your car!
