I needed to retire my $200 Amazon couch after putting up with the poking springs for at least half a year, if not more. I went to a few furniture stores in the upper east side but didn't see anything that suited my needs in terms of comfort, aesthetics, budget, and size. So I decided to pop by International Furniture, which is where my mom had bought her new couch during the height of the pandemic. I knew the store had an abundance of option with at least two floors of sofas to choose from and that my mom's couch is of excellent quality, but I was hesitant about the turnaround time. My mom had to wait a couple of months for hers to be delivered, so I was afraid that would be the case again. Luckily, the sofa that I chose from International Furniture was ready to be delivered within a week, around New Years! The cherry on top was that there was no additional delivery charge to Brooklyn. The two men who delivered it were so efficient and professional. They were in and out in 10 minutes. We only gave them a $10 tip since it didn't take up much of their time. My husband and I are enjoying our new sofa -- a much needed upgrade from our previous one. I highly recommend International Furniture for your furniture needs! And don't forget to haggle either.

I called back my sales person CAROL, she asked to send a picture I told her you're not going to be able to simply see it through photos. I sent it anyway and she saw my mid century spindle platform bed frame she basically said it's my cheap bed frame that's why it's sinking in! absolutely no way! my mattress is extremely uneven! New to this city. Moved near the Chinatown area. I came here to buy a mattress only to experience the WORST customer service. If I can give this place a NO star review, I would. When you walk into this store you feel a sense of depression. Lighting is awful, it feels desolate. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me. I didn't know where the mattress section is by the way. The lady gave me a stank look. I wonder if it was because I'm not Asian. Racist much? After feeling unwanted and left waiting.. I decided to go home and order my mattress online. This place is old fashion and rude. I wonder how this place is still in business?
