Lack of banker and teller. However, the staff are polite and friendly. It should have a sign in place for people signing in when they are waiting for the banker.

Lack of staff, and most of the time, their printer doesn’t work and cannot print banks check.

The staff here are wonderful, and the bank itself is useful as it is very close to where I live. No complaints about the service, always friendly whenever I do need face-to-face interaction.The ATM, however, is a nightmare. Multiple times per week, it breaks or is inaccessible in some manner (still), and I don't understand why they don't just replace the entire machine. Before coming to HSBC/Citizens, I don't think in years of banking I ever had an issue once with my bank's ATM.Otherwise, I do recommend this bank. Fantastic banking app and I love that I can temporarily lock/freeze, and manage cards instantly.

The person who picked up my call was super inpatient and grumpy. She seems like not interested in answering my questions. I believe she must have had a bad day, I guess. Banking is also a service industry. Otherwise, I guess these formerly hsbc banks might change names again very soon in the future.

This Branch must be CLOSED. The staff are no skill to work and follows its own banking rules. Take long to process simple deposit transactions.

This location has very nice staff! Other than that, their ATM is as reliable as technology in the 1850s. Every other day it’s either slow or defective or unavailable in some manner. Just awful. If you only have one ATM, there should be weekly maintenance checks, if not more frequent. Either that, or at least implement more machines. In 2021, we should have access at all times.
