Thankful that they kept a presence in flushing. Was able to do a withdrawal. May be a small operation but priceless for hsbc customers. Many people in the neighborhood will tell you that HSBC has closed completely in the area but they are still there just with a smaller operation.

I was there when I need to take out cash from my Singapore HSBC account using HSBC Global Card. Staffs arr friendly but not sure about my enquiry so I tried myself and worked. They will change small to big notes if you asked for free. Nice service and please keep the same as always.
